He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was explained clearly. The service was fast and efficient, and he made the entire experience stress-free. I had one of the BEST experiences at this SpeeDee Oil! I was greeted by the sweetest girl who helped me get set up for my oil change. I was able to wait inside while they changed my oil. Everything was fast and efficient! The young man who helped me with my car was very polite and informative about what needed to be done with my car in the future without being pushy. I wish I could name these employees to thank them for their amazing customer service! I will be back again!

Absolutely great. I was a few minutes early and they didn't hesitate to pull me in and get started. Communicated every thing they did. Instead of telling me I needed a new engine filter, they showed me the one I had and suggested we wait, which I enjoy. In and out with the quickness. I'll come back for sure. Keep up with the kindness.

Had a great oil change experience and used a $20 discount. The tech showed me my cabin air filter: It was filthy. We had it replaced. He also gave me a graphicly-pleasing print out of the scheduled maintenance that they are able to perform on my car. Everything was great. They definitely have a loyal customer.

They showed me everything and explained what things should look like and why they recommended certain services before any extra charges. Great service. Came for an oil change and transmission flush. I felt welcomed, heard and that I could trust the staff. I would say that the service isn't exceptionally fast but the wait was worth the quality. I'd rather a mechanic take their time and do a good job than rush and leave behind problems.

Excellent service!!! Fast, informative and professional. The guy did NOT try to push every little thing in me. He told me what I needed and excepted what I agreed to without being pushy and trying to get me to have them do every little thing. It was greatly appreciated and he seemed to genuinely care about what was needed for the road trip I was about to take.

After waiting for 2 hours at the dealership for my last oil change, I decided to give Speedy a chance. Everyone was very polite, and I was greeted immediately. I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time and charged less than the dealership. I was very pleased with the experience and will be back. They also didn't push any BS services like most places, which was appreciated.

Brought a vehicle in to be serviced for an oil leak in the engine on Friday around noon. They called me up to recommend an alignment plus new tires. Vehicle was recently purchased from a dealership so I expected maintenance issues that needed to be addressed going in. I agreed to those issues being serviced. This location proceeded to hold my car for over 4+ days and cited parts not showing up on time and "tight lugnuts". When I got the vehicle back, there was fried chicken bones/skin in the front and passenger seats on the floor and my AC/fan was not working at all (found out they damaged the blower motor somehow while they had it). Manager on duty tried to claim the food was "contents from the AC filter" but also said they never touched the blower motor so they're not responsible. Regional manager was contacted who told me it was going to be passed along and they would contact the store. They never fixed/replaced my blower motor. If it wasn't for my warrant with the dealership, I'd have to pay and additional $350 to have my blower motor fixed after it 'mysteriously' decided to break during the 4 days it was being held at this location. It showed zero signs of losing functionality prior to going to this location.

Beware of going to Speedee on Bonnabel & Vets! The manager, is NOT HONEST. I went there thinking I had a nail in my tire and needed help. He told me it was damaged and not repairable and said I would need a NEW TIRE from HIM that HE could order right then and give me the better price than any other company. Something about him DIDNT sit right with me. I went to Delta World Tire the next day, where I bought my tires just a few months back. They checked everything carefully and thoroughly and guess what? There was no nail, no hold, no damage at all. Delta was completely Honest, didnt charge me a dim, and proved that what the Manager told me at Speedee was Not Truthful!! This location has new managers contantly and it shows - shady, inconsistent, and not trust worthy. I had always use them for oil changes, but after this, I will NEVER go Back!!!
