Jiffy Lube Oil Change

Staff is amazing!! Drove up for air in my tire, I believe her name is Trice she was so sweet and kind spoken, let me know about my tires and air pressure. Everyone worked together and was so kind even on a busy day made time to help me. Thank you Trice and staff!! Keep up the great work.

I was in Jiffy Lube twice this week with two different cars for oil changes. They were efficient. Service was completed quickly. I asked for and received a discount on my second visit. Also, last year the same Jiffy Lube suggested that I change brake fluid in my 2001 suburban. They showed me the color of it. I had them do it, and my brakes have worked much better since

Patrice was outstanding as a manager at Jiffy Lube. Professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful from the moment I walked in. She made sure everything was handled quickly and correctly, kept me informed throughout the process, and provided excellent customer service the entire time. You can tell she genuinely cares about both the customers and her team. Because of Patrice, my experience was smooth, stress-free, and way better than expected. Highly recommend this location if she’s managing it!

Great team and 2 for 2 on my last two inspections. Quick and communicative crew. It’s obvious they all work hard to keep you rolling and even pulled the cabin & air intake filter to show the debris for a better ventilated cabin and airbox. Great service. They balanced my tires(correctly, because another Jiffy lube that I had difficulties with had not). Took it for a test drive also they changed my oil, added coolant and even did some light vacuuming. All of that in about an hour. I was very pleased and I look forward to doing business with them the next time my car needs maintenance.

Great place to get your oil change. The staff is pleasant, courteous and makes sure that your car is taking care. They make the time even though they were busy to get my car in for oil change and tire rotation.

I brought my Honda CRV in for a state inspection. It was the first time I had ever used Jiffy Lube services. This location was amazing. They have an excellent, courteous staff, efficient workflow, and quick turnaround. They even held the door for me when I was leaving. Unlike most places, they delivered on time, just when they said they would. I will start bringing my car for more service here in the future.

What was my go to spot for inspection inspections they’re quick. They can normally get me in and out maybe less than 15 minutes. Today my car failed inspection, which is fine when the associate told me it just sounded like they were gonna let me go so I walked out to my car. She then said I needed to be checked out if I’m not verbally told that how am I supposed to know that never had a car fail inspection then while checking out standing there she walks away never told me that the machine was ready for me to accept my payment. It’s just some simple communication that is really annoying when it’s not warranted for whatever was going on today.

This particular one was awful. They did everything they could to turn me and others away. They, in particular, the lady that runs it, was rude and downright mean. I left without getting my car inspected, and went across the street to other Jiffy Lube. Those guys were very professional, polite, and efficient. I talked with others who had just left and went across the street as well. This place needs new, and more professional staff. What an awful experience!!

Bad experience, came in to get my oil change. Brought my own oil and filter and was still charged $80 for a change. And to top it off, they were trying to close my hood at the end and kept slamming my hood. And now it won’t fully close, wouldn’t try and help or acknowledge they messed up. Terrible experience

They have no communication whatsoever. I asked for tire rotation and tire pressure check. They told me to get oil change for half price after they did the oil change they charge me in full and they said oil change only comes with inspection. I did not ask for inspection I asked for tire rotation When I paid they made me pay in full and give me Small discount and they said they cannot do the tire rotation because they’re afraid they are going to break the starts and they’ve done it before for my other car in a nutshell. Don’t do any tire services with Jiffy Lube. I took the car to another tire repair shop. All the nuts came out good they didn’t break any of the lug nuts and two times before this I went to Jiffy Lube and they break the lug nuts on my tires.
