Don’t second-guess this shop — this is the place to go. 🔧🚗 I’ve been coming here for a few years, and they have always been professional, reliable, and honest. Any issue I’ve had with my vehicles, they’ve taken care of me and handled it the right way. What really stands out is how ethically sound they are. I spoke with the owner and manager today and told them I had a new part for my front left wheel sensor. I made it clear that if it needed to be repaired or replaced, I would pay for it — but if it didn’t, just let me know. They inspected it, got back to me, and told me there were no issues and the part did not need to be replaced. That says a lot about their integrity. 👏 I’ve been to other shops where they would have taken that opportunity to say something needed to be replaced just to charge more. Not here. They were honest, upfront, and professional. They are also very affordable, and one of the biggest advantages is that if you already have the parts, they will charge you for the labor. That is a huge help and not something every shop offers. 💯 This is a family-owned and operated shop, and you can tell they care about their customers. I truly appreciate this place and highly recommend coming here for any vehicle issues. 🔥

I was able to walk-in Saturday morning as soon as they opened for a state inspection and emissions test, zero hassle and very efficient workers. I also went back to have them install my front license plate, and they were once again very accommodating and quick. Staff is always super friendly, service is top notch. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great auto center in Arlington!

Came here with some aftermarket wheels. Before we ordered the tires they were able to test fit them to make sure everything looked good and safe! I was able to get really good quality tires and they even gave me a rebate. Everything took less than a day and my car looks amazing.

When I moved here from out of state Rosa was so helpful! She told me what my car needed to become registered in the state of Virginia. That was 4 years ago. I came here as well when my muffler pipe was cracked because Of construction on the GW Parkway and they were able to take me right away and welded it back together. I need new tires and new brakes last year and I knew where to come! They always have the best service and best prices!

I would highly recommend this shop. I’ve come here a few times now and it is truly excellent service every time. They go out of their way to find opportunities to cut you some savings - this last visit, I ended up paying around 1k less here than I was quoted for the same job at a neighboring shop. I worked with Walter and he was incredible. I don’t know what they’re paying him but he deserves a raise!! Will definitely be back

I don’t know of too many auto shops that you can say, “I enjoy going there.” But Walter and the team at Liberty Gas and the connected auto center make this statement true. I have been to them for tires, inspections, oil changes, and wiper blade replacement. Every time, they were polite, responsive, fit me in or let me know when a best time to come would be to avoid a long wait. Every time, they delivered earlier than expected and their products are just what I needed. I came to them on a whim a few years ago when I had a slow leak in a tire and the shop was owned by someone else - also very good. I was a little unsure when it changed hands, but the woman who owns it now is also very good. She is onsite and very much involved in the care of the shop and customers. Five stars for service for sure! Five stars for managing and exceeding expectations. Five stars for convenient location. Five stars for being recognized that my time is valuable too!

I had a low pressure tire light come as I was returning home to North Carolina. I called a few places and Liberty Gas/One Stop Auto Center was the only one that could see me right away! Excellent service! Incredibly nice people! Definitely worth ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Thanks for helping me get on my way quickly!

They did work for me previously and seemed fair and reasonable, but most recently took advantage of me. They quoted $3k initially, when I said my car isn’t worth it magically the price dropped to around $2K. I asked for an itemized list, and asked for certain work not to be done. Went ahead and did unauthorized work anyway. Some repairs made no sense and were clearly a cash grab. They removed my out of state stickers without my permission (made me come back tomorrow to retrieve) and returned my car with a plastic panel missing and plastic pins in random places. I am seriously questioning attention to detail and the quality of the repair.
