Mark’s went above and beyond in fixing my Jeep. They were transparent in explaining the issues and ensured that the parts I needed were installed properly and in a timely manner. Grateful for their time and experience, and extremely happy with the work they did on my Jeep!

A friend recommended Mark’s Automotive so I took my FJ Cruiser in for brake service. I dropped it off in the morning, and it was ready that same afternoon. The team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with throughout the process. I was especially pleased with their fair and reasonable pricing. It’s not easy to find an auto shop you can trust, but I think I found one. Mark’s will definitely be my go-to place for vehicle service moving forward.

I won't be taking our cars anywhere else! Simply the best.. Took my Honda Accord here after I was quoted over $2,300 for work from Firestone. They spent less than 45 minutes on my car, identified that it was just a front left strut loose, and were able to fix everything for under $100 (just labor). They are honest and very friendly - will be the only place we use going forward!

As far as myself and my family we would not even consider taking any of our for vehicles to any other mechanic shop Mark's automotive always operates with integrity he's honest with us his prices are very fair and he has our complete and total trust we have been customers of his for over 12 years I never once had an issue whatsoever with his shop war mechanics recently I brought a very difficult and rare vehicle into take advantage of his expertise and he went way above and beyond to take care of me and my family to save us money and to do the job right the first time we live in Mount Juliet but wherever we are it would be worth the drive to go see Mark Junior as far as we are concerned there is no other trustworthy mechanic more than Mark's automotive it's very hard to find a mechanic that operates with honesty and integrity consistently I'm so lucky I was referred to Mark's buy a family member I strongly recommend you take your car to the shop next time you have an issue. Keep in mind I'm the tough customer and always skeptical of mechanics. Take our word when I say marks automotive is a 5 STAR one of a kind establishment. Thank you Mark for everything you do

My car clunked out on me pretty late in the evening and I only had two days to get it fixed before I went back to work. I called Mark's and they couldn't be nicer. I dropped if off first thing in the morning and they had fixed by the evening. Great communication. Reasonable prices. They also did a follow up a day after to make sure it was running ok. I would definitely use them again.

Dropped my truck off to get my brakes serviced and had a work emergency come up that required me to drive to Knoxville. Called and spoke to Trey multiple times when I was stressed for time and he was extremely professional and understanding. They have saved me thousands counting the first time I came here. You guys have my loyalty forever.

I was honestly really stressed about my car and to be honest with you I never really took my car to an actual auto shop that I actually liked. But the environment is very casual very comfortable. Huge shout out to Wally I love how he relates to his customers. He’s very caring and sympathetic. And with places like these fixing your car can be really stressful and we need more people like him! There really fast paced with there work. They call you and immediately tell you what’s wrong with your car there very confident with getting it done so you can grab your keys and be back on the road. Also they have an adorable sweet emotional doggie dog and he’s the sweetest! Thank you guys so much for your help. Definitely coming back if I’m experiencing more problems with my car haha hopefully not to soon though 😂

My daughter had car trouble and after getting several estimates she stumbled upon Mark’s Auto Repair. As a Dad who lives three hours away I was horrified. After a phone conversation with Wally all my fears were gone. He is very professional and honest traits that seem to no longer exist. They completed the work ahead of schedule. Fast forward to today….while in town visiting my daughter I decided to take my other daughter’s car there to get looked over. Once I arrived I felt extremely happy about choosing this establishment. Everyone was very nice and curtious and it seems to be well organized. I finally met Wally in person and what a nice guy. My wife loved the dog and the pictures of Mark’s grandson by the door. Would highly recommend Mark’s Automotive to everyone. They did a great job on our vehicle and were so easy to work with. They do an excellent job of communicating along the way to let you know what they’re finding and explain both the issues and the solutions very well. There are no surprise fees and they let me know of some other things to keep an eye on to keep our vehicle running properly. They appreciate their customers and I will continue to take our cars to them. A+

I’ve been coming to Mark’s Automotive for a couple of months now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best shops in Nashville. Wally is absolutely awesome, and everyone who answers the phone is always so friendly and kind. I recently had issues with my spark plugs and my car not wanting to accelerate, and they had me fixed up in just 2–3 days at a super reasonable price. They kept me updated the whole time—sending texts, calling to let me know when it was ready, and making the process stress-free. As a woman going into an auto shop, it felt so nice that they didn’t try to get over on me. Instead, they made me feel comfortable and confident in the work being done. I highly recommend Mark’s Automotive! They’re intentional about their work, they get it right, and you’ll never leave feeling uneasy or unsure.
