Really great service. They goy me in and out in a very timly manor.The Staff said they needed at least an hour to do the oil change and they took 35 minutes not that's great service.. They also have great prices.SOGO ..on down

I got an oil change done. I called to check the price first. Affordable. I set an appointment for Saturday. Nice workers who are straight to the point and ready to finish the job. And they took pictures of every good and bad area of my car. They let me know of some other work I need done during Diag. I normally do my own work but I will ONLY be going to Meineke in North Puyallup from here on out when I can’t. The tech they put on my work order did wonderful and my car sounds like it purs again. The front office man was very kind and they're all very knowledgeable. I WILL be back. Thank you so much you guys!

I called them up on Saturday to do my brakes and they managed to get it done before they closed. I was traveling from Washington to CT and could not get anyone to do them without leaving my car overnight. They accomplished this the same day I called and it was already past 11am and they close at 6 , So I greatly appreciate the hard work they did to get it done. Customer service was great. I would recommend anyone to try them out. Store is on 433 N Meridian in Puyallup WA. Thank you to the guys at the shop. I appreciate you!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Meineke Car Care did an amazing job taking care of my son’s car! They were on point with everything professional, honest, and efficient. I was impressed with how smooth the whole process went. Their prices are fair and reasonable you won’t pay an arm and a leg like at other places. Because of this great experience, I will definitely be bringing my own car here in the future. They truly are the best! Highly recommend!

I took my 2006 Chevy Trail Blazer and to take advantage of the break, check special and there were a few other items that and he has to have looked at the guys. We're very good on the diagnostics and very quick.With the oil change, they did not miss a beat.

I bought a new coolant bypass pipe from Napa and they replaced it. They had to remove a little more pipes and wires than I was comfortable doing it myself. They did a good job and got it done same day. I feel like they charged me a little to much because it wasn't difficult just time consuming. All and All it was a good experience

Cannot remember the dude's name that was working the counter but really appreciate his candor and honesty. I told him I was having issues with my Jeep pulling to the left when braking. Dude said that it may cost me $1,400 on top of the tire rotation and motor and diff oil change. I told the dude that my calipers, rotors, and pads had already been changed but that the Jeep was still pulling. After the brake inspection, the dude confirmed the previous work and said that the brakes were good. Maybe the one-inch spacers that I have are causing the issue. Would have been too easy for Meineke to do unnecessary work and gouge me, but they treated me right. Much respect to their honesty. They would have gotten five stars, but the work they did still ran me over $800.00 with a 10% military discount. Thinking that $800+ may be a bit steep for a rotation and motor and diff oil change.

I took my care in a couple weeks ago to get an issue looked at. I spent $200 for a diagnostic, which I also informed them of what the issue was. I understand there is more to be found with your diagnostics. When all was done, they contacted me back and said there was an issue with low compression. They sent me the quote of almost $8,000 to reset the valves, hone out the cylinder, replace the rings and recheck the compression. This wasn't even a guaranteed fix. They then proceeded they would need to replace the engine. This quote came out to approximately $18,000. We were so discouraged we just let the car sit to figure out a plan. I then decided to take the car somewhere else that had a totally different outcome & a quote that was 100x less than replacing the engine. I feel I was taken advantage of & out $200 for absolutely nothing. To anyone taking their car here please get a second opinion before doing any business with them. This seemed a little sketchy to me & will never return.

The lack of transparency on Meineke's website is just the start here. This being my first visit to any Meineke I simply wanted to price out an oil change. Prices for that service could not be found. I did find some online coupons, however they weren't compatible for the 'exact' service that I needed. That said an appointment was available that same day so I took it. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the service desk employee and the feeling wasn't exactly welcoming. Once my information was collected and the service was about to begin I needed to ask what the fee would be. I was told a whopping $145.00! When the employee saw the look on my face he immediately said "Wait a minute. Let's see if I can't find a better package". A better package? I mean I just wanted a simple oil change. The better package was less expensive at $99.00 but perhaps that should have been provided as my first option. Then, after the oil change was complete, the inspection report was provided to me listing a few of the tech's concerns. A price was quoted on a rear axle seal replacement and was a whopping $1,300.00 for just one side. I declined that service and found a different shop that quoted me one quarter of that price. I left Meineke as a very unsatisfied costumer and will not be back.
