These guys are amazing. I purchased a Tesla screen for my 21 Silverado and added 4 cameras. I’ve had it installed twice before and it never worked properly. These guys got it all installed and working correctly. Couldn’t be happier.

One of the most unprofessional and misleading businesses I’ve dealt with — avoid at all costs. They prominently advertise “$189 for most cars” on the front window, yet when I asked for tint on my 2025 Honda Accord I was quoted $225. When I questioned the discrepancy, I was casually told “that’s not a thing anymore.” If that price no longer exists, why is it still being used to bring customers through the door? That’s textbook bait-and-switch advertising. It got worse when I asked about their warranty. I was informed they only provide a 90-day warranty, and the reason they stopped offering lifetime coverage was because customers kept returning years later with the rear window bubbling. In other words, even they acknowledge their product fails over time — and instead of improving quality, they removed the warranty. When I pointed out that eliminating the warranty raises serious concerns about workmanship and materials, the staff immediately became rude and condescending. As I left, they were smirking, laughing, and making comments. Between deceptive pricing, an extremely short warranty for a service that should last years, and openly disrespectful customer service, this place demonstrated exactly why you should take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of reputable tint shops — this is not one of them.

RUN! Waited 3 hours for them to install a radio then to find out they don’t accept credit cards (obviously there is a sticker on the door saying they do and no mention they don’t accept them!)so waited another 30 for them to put my old one back and they still have some of my screws and cut my existing wires which I have to fix. Any business that tells you their credit card machine is down (ya right!) IS NOT A REAL BUSINESS! KEEP RUNNING!! You got a 1 star cuz It wouldn’t let me leave you nothing like you did for me!

I went there just to check the sound of my car they wanted to charge me 100 $ just for check. while I did that elsewhere for 20 $. terrible. i didn't do anything there. just that price for check was terrible.

I typically don’t do negative reviews but I will this time. Let’s start off with the front entrance staff very condescending and unprofessional. The job that was performed on my car was a radio installation with backup camera. When I took my car there everything was working perfectly. The radio and speakers were working perfectly and there was no indicator lights on in the dashboard, and the gear switch was also working fine. The installation process was longer than expected and everything that I described earlier was wrong with my car at the end of the installation. I will say this had I looked at the reviews prior to the installation I would have not went there in the first place. Things wrong with my car after new radio installation. Radio didn’t work properly. One tweeter working. Backup camera they installed aimed up to the trees instead of the road. Gear shift broke. I had to use a screwdriver to get from park to reverse, drive etc. To fix what they messed up I had to spend about $4,500. I would not recommend anyone to go here.

I typically dont bad mouth company’s so this review comes after long consideration. I was referred here by someone to have some subs installed in my Chrysler. I was greeted in the store by a guy named Jay. I told him I was looking for 15s as that’s what I liked, but he told me that 12s would work better in my car. I took his word for it And agreed on a price that I thought was kind of steep, but I was looking for some sounds rather quickly. $1250 for 2 wdx 12s a box and amp installed. After waiting several hours for the system to be installed, I was pleased with the way everything sounded At the time However, when driving the car home, I realized that my headlights were dimming every time the base would hit, which is not uncommon. So I knew I would need a capacitor or either an extra battery to help out. I called Jay back the very next day told him about the issue. He spoke against a capacitor, but said a extra battery would probably help. I purchased the battery that he told me I would need and return to the store for him to install it. When I got there, he quoted me a price of $250 to install the extra battery in line with the other. I told him that price was ridiculous. No way was I paying that. He then dropped the price from $250 to $125. He told me he would have an in-line fuse between the two would make it look good and everything should be fine. When the job is complete, everything worked well as expected And here recently, I decided to do some upgrades on my own. The battery for my Chrysler that he piggyback off of is in the spare tire area of the trunk, so it’s something that I don’t see And with the sub box on top of it, I never took the box out to look at the work that he did. When I went to upgrade the system and change some stuff out I found that he had ran a 200 amp in-line fuse From the first battery to the second battery And a lot of wire was exposed exiting that fuse running to that second battery on the unprotected side of the fuse Needless to say, if that wire would have touched anything there would have been no protection per fuse. Then to make things worse, I find that the remote wire going to the amp was piggybacked directly to my fuse box with no fuse tap, but just a wire wrapped around the fuse leg Which in itself is an extreme fire hazard. After more research i Also found that the box that he sold me was less than half of the cubic foot size that the subs required to perform properly. Be aware and be cautious. I will not return. $1500 worth of terrible craftsmanship and it also pit me and my vehicle at risk!!!! I did a far better job doing thing myself! The picture is of my build not theirs!

After spending hundreds after hundreds at Mr.Stereo a couple of months later it has cost me more hundreds and a car that won’t even start anymore. As much as I have love for everyone who works there including the owner I can not and will not recommend Mr.Stereo to anyone. I had them Install underglow, a backup camera, color changing bulbs on my headlights as well as wiring them and my taillights, and they also retinted my back glass on my 2003 Ford Mustang GT. A couple of months later the car would not start and it was towed to a shop where I was told it was all electrical issues linked with the work Mr.Stereo had done for me. The wiring was nothing short of lazy and unprofessional to the point where my car is still in the shop getting rewired completely. I would only recommend them for tint but any other service that requires wiring or anything electrical stay away.
