This place is fantastic. I didn't ever bring my vehicle here when I lived in NoPo but passing by and I drove right in. I was seen immediately and the service was fantastic and they checked EVERYTHING!! I'm telling you now you will most likely not beat their prices either. I've been going here regularly since 2018. We've brought in multiple types of cars here, mitsubishi, mazda, suburu, and we've never been disappointed. I even keep coming here after moving farther away because no other place compares to me for price and for staff friendliness.

Always been available with very little wait. The attendant cares about his job and does it well and courteously. One time he was by himself - office and maintenance - and didn’t slow us down at all. We will always come back!

I'm so lucky that On the Go Auto is near my house because I started going there out of pure convenience. However, after a number of experiences working with Dave and his team, I'm sure I don't need to go anywhere else. Whether its just a quick oil change, or you need a more substantial service performed, I have found their work to be efficient, relatively affordable, and high quality. In this case, my alternator appeared to be going bad. Dave looked into it, let me know that he thought the alternator was the most likely candidate, but provided me with lots of context as to why it might be reasonable for me not to spend the money. Despite that, I still went forward with the service. Not only did it end up costing less than he quoted me, but he cleared out a rodent nest he found, put in some countermesures to try and keep it from happening again, and did all this within 6 hours of me greenlighting the project. On the Go, Dave, and his team have earned my trust many times in the past, and will continue to have it going forward.

Honest, low-priced, knowledgeable, friendly. What more could you ask for? They fixed my serpentine belt and gave me an oil change in no time at all. They didn’t try to oversell me with things I didn’t need, and they let me bring my own parts. I will definitely be coming back!

On The Go is great! 10/10 highly recommend! Nina in the front office was so very kind and sweet and Dave is awesome! Honest, hard working and goes above and beyond! My car isn't the easiest to work on but Dave handled it well and got the job done super quick. I'll definitely be back. Thank you guys for all your help!

It's a great local auto services place. I got my oil change here and did some car maintenance. Services were quick, professional, and on point. If they keep doing that, they will handle all my car services in the future
