Excellent shop!!! Hector is very friendly and knowledgeable! He offers:. Inspection's, oil changes, tired, brakes, tune-up, suspension, check engine, air conditioning, and even offers towing.

I was recommended when my belt snapped, I called them and to begin with, Hector helped me get a tow truck for my car for a great price (as other tow companies overcharge). They fixed my belt but called me with the price beforehand and asked if it was okay to start working on it, not a lot of places do that. A few weeks later, my brakes needed to be fixed, and he called before me with different options to help me save as much money as I could. His company is great and I HIGHLY recommend to everyone. Amazing prices, great communication, and super nice.

Me and my family have been going to Hector for a while and he’s always done a great job on our cars. Very honest and professional. I took my car in late and he still had all the work done in the time frame he had given me. He has very reasonable prices and is bilingual which is great for us. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Okay, so I recently tried to use Raleigh Capital Auto Inspections LLC, and honestly, the experience was a bit... unexpected. First off, when I called the number listed, it went straight to someone's personal cellphone. Not a big deal in itself, maybe they're a small operation, but it definitely felt a little less professional than calling a business landline. The bigger surprise, though, was that despite their name clearly including "Auto Inspections," they actually don't do state vehicle inspections anymore! I was specifically looking to get my car inspected, so that was a total waste of my time. The person on the phone was friendly enough, but it would have been really helpful if their name or website (if they even have one) reflected their current services. It's kind of misleading to have "Auto Inspections" in the name when that's not what they do. So yeah, while the person I spoke with was nice, I wouldn't recommend calling them if you're actually looking for a state vehicle inspection. You'll just end up having to call someone else anyway. Maybe they've shifted their focus to other auto services, but the name definitely needs an update! Just a heads-up for anyone else looking for inspections in Raleigh.
