BEST SHOP AROUND GREAT GUY'S...!

I was very happy with the service quality! Most recently helped me diagnose and repair a check engine alert, and I previously did an undercoat for some winter protection. Great experiences both times and would definitely recommend!

Route 22 Service Center is awesome! I brought my high roof ram promaster in for a yearly inspection and service. Everyone was friendly, kind, to-the-point, and honest. I have so much respect for the auto technicians here in these trying times. While the service was still extremely expensive, I feel confident that my van is safe, drives well, and that I understand what work was done on my van and why it needed to be done. My van drives better than when I picked it up from the dealership, and no longer has a faint "burning coolant" smell. For those complaining about labor cost/cost of parts, I implore you to try to their jobs for a day and ask yourself how much auto technicians deserve to be paid for their expertise. Sourcing well-made, reliable parts and trying to find information about the specifics of each different vehicle is enough to make anyone's head explode, and I'm so grateful that the folks at Route 22 have the experience, knowledge, and the patience to keep my Promaster running well outside of a dealership setting. Thanks again and I'll see Route22 again at my next service!

This place is awesome, highly recommend! They were able to fit me in the same day for an inspection and they also gave me a ride to/from my work nearby, which was an unexpected and much-appreciated convenience. It’s always such a relief to find auto mechanics that are kind, accommodating, honest, and don’t try to pressure or upsell you. Thanks Tim and Billy for a great experience. Chipmunks ate through my fuel line in OOB. Tim recommended a tow company. They were loaded quickly. The guys at the shop removed the fuel tank, replaced the damaged line as well as a well used fuel pump, replaced the brakes, rotated the tires, did an oil change and replaced the battery in something that has to be close to record time. And did it well. 6.5 hours from turning the key and finding a problem till it was back in the driveway. Frigging remarkable.

Always a pleasure doing business here. Their work is very thorough, clean, and informative. The shuttle service is extremely convenient leaving you with no worries about transportation. The turn around time is outstanding too!! As a young female, I struggle to find nice mechanic shops that aren’t trying to over charge or get more money out of me.. this place has never treated me differently which is very reassuring! If you need a reliable mechanic through and through- this is the place!!

They will not allow you to bring in your own parts as they need to make the profit from selling an overpriced part. Great customer service tho!

Tried having a battery replaced in my car this Spring and they had the nerve to try to charge me close to $350ish. Ran with my tail between my legs to VIP and got it done for just over $100, so imagine how much they’re overcharging for work you actually don’t understand well. Absolute CON of a repair shop, take your service elsewhere, and preferably a place that doesn’t also advertise right-wing conservative politics right out on their front lawn.
