Just dropped my truck off with them. Don't know yet how everything will come out, but my dad has been using them for his f150 and my mom's Prius for a couple years now. If he's happy with the service he's gotten, I trust o will feel the same. I will add more if there is anything worth updating, but as of right now, things seem great.

Got an oil change and tire rotation done. Also had them look at the auto start/stop error that was coming up on my dash, and confirmed the aux battery needs to be replaced. Now, I’ve changed that out myself in the past, but glad to get Spark’s help in seeing this was the issue and not something else. I definitely trust the team at Spark’s in Federal Way. You should too!

I have been searching for reasonable prices of Oil Changes for Months Yes Walmart is Most Cheapest BUT Walmart Technicians are the Problems... If Not enough of experience Technicians that who is just rockies staffs 👉 They Can Make Mistakes during Oil change and Mess up Your Car and Causes expensive repairs later from Simple Oil changes 💰💰💰 That is the Reason why I pay little more for experience good Technicians at the Real Mechanic Shops.. I didn't want to any bad luck on My KIA SOUL 2016 Since I was Victem of Kia Challenges Boyz Trends 2 years ago... So Far Sparks Auto Shop is BEST price in Town as Oil change by Experience Technicians.... Don't take Chance at the Walmart What you get What you paid for it

You will not find a more reputable car repair service than Sparks. They supply you with a wonderful analysis of your vehicle before any work begins. Excellent pricing for the value, and a bonus, they are very nice to talk with. Do not hesitate with this firm, you will be happy with your decision.

I recently brought my Mercedes-Benz S550 to Sparks Car Care after my driveshaft completely failed, and I can honestly say Ken provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was professional, communicative, and genuinely cared about getting my car back on the road the right way. Throughout the entire process, Ken explained everything clearly: no upselling, no confusion; just straightforward, honest work. The repair was handled quickly, and the difference in how my car drives now is night and day. The attention to detail and quality of work exceeded expectations. It’s rare to find a mechanic who’s both technically sharp and customer-focused, but Ken and the Sparks Car Care team nailed both. I’ll absolutely be returning for future maintenance, including when it’s time to get my brakes replaced. This is only my second time having Ken and his team work on my car. But the service and attention to detail has been spot on. They do a great safety check and let you know up front what needs to be addressed and what can be postponed for a while. Fast and friendly and reasonably priced! Definitely have a customer for life!

I'm happy with the service, however, the new windshield wipers might be defective. I'm noticing lines on the drivers side wiper and they are noisy. The jury is still out. I'm paying close attention. Ken and his new employee were amazing 👏🏾 🤩. As a single female, I trust Sparks Car Care to service my car with care and professionalism. I’ve been taking my car there for a number of years now and I don't plan on taking it anywhere else.

I brought my car to this shop because the same charging issue returned after a previous alternator replacement. According to my invoice, I paid for testing of the starting, charging, and battery systems, including checking for electrical draw. After the inspection, I was told that the alternator was not working properly because it was not charging the battery. I then paid additional labor costs for the alternator replacement. Immediately after the alternator replacement was completed, my husband noticed that the A/C was blowing warm air. We could not immediately return to the shop because I had a scheduled flight from Portland Airport, and my husband had to drive from Federal Way to Portland and back without working A/C. The vehicle was brought back to the shop the following day. However, instead of checking whether the issue was related to their repair, my husband was told that the A/C problem was not related to their work and that he would need to pay for another inspection. We decided to have another mechanic check the vehicle instead. They found that the A/C fuse had not been fully seated after the alternator replacement. Once the fuse was properly installed, the A/C worked normally again. Unfortunately, the original charging problem returned shortly after the repair. We then took the vehicle to an automotive electrical specialist, who diagnosed the actual issue as an engine ground strap and battery terminal problem. My concern is that I paid for a charging system inspection and an alternator replacement, but the root cause of the problem was not identified. Because of the incorrect diagnosis, I spent additional money and time on repairs that did not resolve the actual issue.

This company has great reviews but my experience was horrible. While my car was in their cars someone stole the Kenwood dmx8906s a 900 stereo and when I brought it to their I've never received a call and I'm yet to deal with the issue baby I'm an anomaly I don't know

Never go back there i gave them my Volkswagen passat with a fan running on high and they said they change it as well as oil change and filters but they never change non of that and charge me $1000 for the fan they claim they change and the filter after 2 days it was back onn running high again I had to take my car to the dealership and they tell me it was never changed and the filter was never changed. I had to pay the dealership to do the proper job . Service sucks and please do the job not lying that you change something that you clearly didn't touch
