Sure and steady is how I see Steve & Stacy's Servicecenter. They've helped our family with auto repairs for years. They're the first we call when we need affordable, timely repairs. They're the reason why we have been able to keep our paid-off vehicles rather than spending tens of thousands on new ones. Thank you!!! :-)
It was time to have my timing belt changed on my 05 Odyssey. Got the belt changed, as well as a transmission fluid drain and fill, and state inspection done all in one shot. Price was quite fair, and the job was done quickly and with excellence. Will be a regular at this place from here on out.
My headlights needed replaced and I wanted brighter lights. The cover over them was in terrible condition! They ordered for me what I wanted and got them for a good price. I can’t get over how beautiful my headlights are now and how well we can see in the dark when driving now! I’m thankful for the excellent service I received from Steve and Stacy’s Servicecenter and highly recommend them. I will definitely be a return customer.
Steve & Stacy’s has been our family’s go to garage for more than 20 years for large or small auto repair needs on new and used vehicles. Their commitment to quality, service and integrity make them the perfect “garage”. Most recently they’ve helped me and my family restore a classic truck despite our lack of knowledge. They’ve helped educate us on how to handle smaller tasks, encouraged us along the way and have been there along the way to help fix/repair when we made mistakes, and to tackle the projects only experts should handle, making for a wonderful vehicle but more importantly a great experience full of memories to date and yet to come.
I was completely stressed about my vehicle breaking down because it helps me to supplement my income by doordashing in it. I decided to give Steve&Stacy's Servicecenter a call. I called 15 minutes before they opened and they answered. I described the problems my vehicle was having and asked if I could go ahead and bring it in. With no hesitation they told me to bring it down and they will take a look at it. Through out the process they kept in constant communication with me to let me know what was going on and what they would have to do to fix it. Prices were more then fair. With in 6 hrs they had me back on the road. Car is purring like a kitten! I give 5 stars and they have gained a life time customer! Thank you guys!!
These folks seem top notch! I would definitely recommend. They seem honest and fare. They were very quick and helpful with out jeep.
I have been very pleased with my vehicle repairs at this business. I always recommend friends and family to take their vehicles to them.
They got me in nicely. They did the work nicely. However, I’ve had the same service performed before without a $25 fee at other locations. It was simply scanning the pressure gauges on the tires if I would’ve known that, I wouldn’t have taken it there. It’s not that I don’t think they should be reimbursed for their service, but it’s something would’ve been needed to be done I would’ve done it there since it didn’t. I would’ve done it for as a courtesy like checking your blood pressure.
Very bad experience as I took my car for state inspection. They quoted $1200 to replace steering parts. When I informed them that these parts had already been replaced the year before they doubled down and were less than friendly. I took the car at another garage and it passed inspection immediately. This kind of practice impacts trust for the entire profession and it is simply sad that is goes unchecked.
My clutch cable was slipping so I found this garage to do the repairs. I had it towed there and before they even did any kind of troubleshooting a lady named Francis called and said it needs a new clutch for about $1000! I simply asked or them to troubleshoot it and tighten the clutch. They don’t think it had an option to tighten a clutch cable? Really ? Second RED FLAG. They called va k and said the cable is stretched. WOW! Great job on finding the problem! Now Francis said it would be roughly around a little over $500 for everything. NO! I asked how much was the cable????? Francis said around $377. What? For a $100 clutch cable?? I asked to speak to the owner, STEVE! He is worse than Francis. Rudest man ever. Steve kept cutting me off so that he could go to a Rob, steal, and lie to his other customers. STEVE was offended because I called him out. STEVE told me to come and get my car. Right away sir! Gladly sir!
