The crew at Tigard Premier were great. They got me in sooner and quoted me a lower diagnostic fee than two other shops I called. They were friendly, funny, and my car didn't end up needing anything fixed so they let me know without trying to charge for work that didn't need to be done. Definitely going back when my car inevitably needs something!

Tigard Premium Auto Repair Great customer service! Patrick and Chris were highly recommended by my neighbor as I did not have a mechanic for my 2010 Dodge Caliber. And now I highly recommend them as well. The issue was the battery kept losing charge for months. Les Schwab had checked it out several times and it always tested OK. Made my way to Tigard Premium and I’m glad I did. Dropped off the car, diagnostic testing was done, the battery was bad. It was replaced and I was good to go! Again, great customer service! I would like to commend Patrick and Chris for their professionalism, courtesy, and respect that was shown to me in doing business with them. Also, the mechanic pulling the battery out and finding that the battery would lose charge when not in the car. I trust the staff in doing a good and honest job and will be returning to TPAR for all future car repair needs. Thank you very much!

I have been coming here for years and they are the best! Considerate, super reasonable and honest. I never feel like they are trying to upcharge me and that they are just offering me the best service at a great price. I recommend people there all the time.

I Feel Confident with Them I feel really good about them and the work they’ve done on my car. And this is coming from someone who knows nothing about car stuff and is always wary that mechanics are either going to totally rip me off or not do a repair well. My experience with them started with a recommendation from a quick oil change place about a back turn signal that was out and needed a special tool to get into. I stopped by there and they immediately came out to the parking lot, fixed my light, and sent me on my way in under 5 minutes. And didn’t charge me anything at all! And this was even with all their bays full. They didn’t take my name or number, try to upsell me, or push me to come back or recommend them to others. Just a really quick fix, smile & wave. It’s so uncommon to have something great like that happen! My next experience was the same. Another turn signal went out months later and the exact same treatment from them which meant it wasn’t a fluke and that’s just how they do business here. Really nice & kind people. This time the person who changed my turn signal heard me talking about a recent oil change I had done and let me know that their price for the same oil change was over $40 less than what I had paid elsewhere plus they rotate tires as part of every oil change. Definitely not something my old place ever did! Because of the good service I had had so far and the good feeling I got from them, I asked about them looking into an oil leak issue that I had had for a while. They got me in really quickly to take a look and were very upfront about what pricing would be. Free diagnostic unless they had to take parts off to look deeper into the vehicle and then $120 if they had to do a deeper dive. They diagnosed the issue and said it could also include this other thing but they wouldn’t know until they were inside fixing the first issue and could see it. I really appreciated that they didn’t do the deeper dive charge of $120 during the inspection since they were going to have to be all up in there later anyway to fix the first issue. They gave me an estimate of what the cost would be for the first issue and then the cost of if there was the second issue too. They were able to schedule me in a few days later to get the repair work done (it wasn’t something that needed to be done immediately). They fixed the first issue and let me know that yes, there was the second issue but that it could wait and be fine for a while or I could get it done now and save a little bit on labor cost since they were already all up in there. I didn’t feel pressured AT ALL to get the second issue fixed right then, but ultimately decided to get it done for my own peace of mind. They had everything done on time when they said they would and came in at almost exactly what they had estimated the cost to be. They even took me to work & picked me back up! I work really close to the shop but I’m not sure if that’s something they normally do or not. Either way I really appreciated it! I have a really great feeling about this shop and have had excellent service so far. I’ve already recommended them to all my co-workers. :)

I had such a great experience at this auto body repair shop! From the moment I arrived, the team was incredibly kind and welcoming. They took care of my issue quickly and professionally — I was in and out in no time. It’s rare to find a place where the service is not only fast but also done with such attention to detail and genuine care for the customer. I’ll absolutely be bringing my business here again any day of the week. Highly recommend!

I was referred to this shop by A1 Exhaust, which I trusted. That referral did not pan out. I left my 2012 Dodge Challenger with them for three months. Three months. In that time they never diagnosed the actual problem, never got the check engine light off, and never gave me a straight answer on what it would cost to fix the car. When I asked directly what it would take to fix it, the response from Jeremy was “how much money do you want to put into it.” That is not an answer. That is not how a shop operates. At the end of three months I had a bill of $2,500. What did that cover? Two struts replaced, a fuel pump inspected and remounted with no parts replaced, one fuel injector replaced, and still a check engine light. The car left in the same condition it came in. This shop markets itself as a NAPA certified shop that specializes in check engine lights and DEQ issues. That was the entire reason I brought it there. They never solved it. They never figured out what was wrong. At the end they offered to put a mechanic on it at $250 to $300 an hour with no guarantee and no diagnosis. I pulled the car and left. Three months. $2,500. No fix. No diagnosis. No straight answer. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I wanted to trust this business but in my gut, I just feel that decisions are not made with much integrity. I brought them a car yesterday to inspect and they charged several thousands in recommended repairs only to find out later that it needed additional thousands to repair brakes and a loose stealing pin after a brake light went on.How do you inspect something and miss a thousand dollars in brake work. Also a loose steering component that compromises the wheels and steering.

Tried to charge me 1000 for a new throttle body. Luckily my husband was listening in and thought that didnt sound right. He fixed it spending 28 dollars on a new throttle body sensor. Guess they though they could get over on a pregnant woman, and make some quick cash. I would take your business elsewhere.
