I was 5 hours into a 16 hour cross country trip when I experienced a sudden flashing check engine light. I luckily saw the dealership from the road and pulled in. Tyler in the service department was extremely helpful and got my problem (misfired cylinder) taken care promptly. I am very happy and impressed by the speed and quality of service I received.
Lost the key to my 13 Ram sent it to them to program the key AND the truck (supposedly a RAM thing) and some recall work. Took em 6 months to finally decided they would attempt it. Told me my motor is blew up AND I owed for RECALL work they said was the OTHER reason they couldn't program my key. All they had to do was be honest and say. SINCE YOU AIN'T GOT MONEY PLEASE TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. Even reported it to the OWNER and got laughed at. Take your business somewhere else cause they are not only a joke but a disgrace to the RAM trademark.
Made an appointment at 9:00AM left and came back at 1:00pm to find the haven’t looked at it. Whats the point in making appointments?
