Took me right in after I called to report a quart of oil on my garage floor (from a previous local shop not replacing a worn $1.50 oil plug washer). Clean and neat shop, nice people, which tells me a lot about work ethic. Won't hesitate to use them again. Left an excellent impression.

Stopped in from out of town when we were up at the family house and car was making lots of noise. We needed to make a 400 mile drive the next day. The team took a look and let us know we could get home safely. Helped my daughter out with a check engine light a few months ago too with same amazing attitude. Thank you!!!! Today Chris and his Team went above and beyond. I took a day off to get three vehicles inspected and oil changes. It was going smooth until my mustang GT blew a gas line on the way there. Even though I made a mess of there driveway, Chris and his Team were extremely helpful and jumped in to help. They helped get as much fuel out of all the nooks as they could. Each appointment was very quick, prices were very reasonable. I definitely will refer Websters to everyone and I definitely Will be doing business with them from now on.

Have to say they are very nice however I was told I needed an air conditioner compressor for ac to work so $1200 later ac still not working so I go back they charge me $100 to look at ac and say it’s working 🤨when it was not..

I sat on my decision to make this review for awhile but I decided to share my experience with this place so maybe it would save someone else from this problem. Fall of 2024, I sent my car to them for an oil change and a few days later after I got it back, it died on the side of the road and it got to the point I couldn’t even start my car. Upon further review by another mechanic, my alternator plug was snapped off while a tech was completing my oil change and shoved back into the port where it plugs in as a quick fix and I needed to replace my entire alternator.
