We got a flat tire on the first leg of a long road trip- they were so kind and went out of their way to plug the tire and send us on our way

Got us quickly back on the road with a windshield wiper repair. Friendly service

I had car trouble 1/2 way on a return trip from Ohio to North Carolina. I pulled into WV Auto around 3PM and they did their best to get the parts and have the car fixed so I could get on the road again, and a auto tech was planning to stay late to do the work. Unfortunately, at no fault of the shop, the part availability did not work so I had to spend the night. The staff was courteous and helpful on lodging and food recommendations and kept me informed on the parts and repairs the next morning. By 1:30 the next day, I was on my way, and completed the 4 hour drive home without issue. If you live in the area, I would highly recommend this shop.

I was traveling through from Lancaster, KY to Petersburg, VA and got a flat of a very low profile tire. I was able to get a ride to the shop where they had a used tire in that size. They deburred the rim, mounted/balanced/disposed of the old tire and had me out of there in about 20 minutes! And I couldn’t believe how reasonable the price was. The ladies were incredibly helpful and nice. 100% recommend. I am now back home- 1100 miles round trip, with no issues. Thank you!

We were on our way south and picked up a staple in our tire. These guys got us in right away to fix it and had us back in the road. Would recommend them any day!!

We had a vehicle there twice due to horrible gas mileage and first time didn't know, second time they said needed a $300 tune up (it just had one elsewhere). Got to TN and the brake pad due to worn rotor was rubbing the tire so it was like driving with the brakes on.

We went there about 2 months ago had our brakes and rotors changed they did not bother to tell us that our whole front end suspension needed fixed and that it was a danger to drive on the road and so now we have to park it and figure out how to get it all fixed.
