It's not often you find an auto repair place that gets 5 stars, but Air Park Auto Service has earned mine. I'm new to Virginia and found that all of my family's cars need this annual safety inspection that's required by the state. Google found Air Park Auto Service for me and I'm very happy about that. I was able to schedule my safety checks easily online and they were ready for me when I got there. First car: 30 minute inspection, a few recommendations but passed and I'm on my way. Second car took a bit longer but it needed help. They were able to get my issues taken care of during my visit and got me on my way. Third car is going in on Friday. Kelly in the front office has got everything under control. She's friendly, professional, efficient and extremely helpful. Their waiting room is very comfortable and has coffee and snacks available as well. All in all, I'm a fan.

Air Park auto did an amazing job for my 2012 Mazda Mazda 3 hatchback. I needed a new battery put in asap and they made it happen within an hour! They were able to order the correct battery and have it delivered and replaced all within an hour! It was done for a great price as well. Highly recommend them!

Air Park Auto did an excellent job servicing my 2023 Kia Telluride. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and new wiper blades, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. The staff provided great customer service, clearly explained any necessary future work, and made the whole process easy. The location is convenient, the facility is clean, and the quality of the repairs and maintenance was excellent. Love the cozy and comfortable upgrades they’ve made too! It’s great to have a reliable, trustworthy shop in Mechanicsville, VA. Been a customer for years, and I’ll definitely be returning for future service.

I’m very impressed with the service here. They diagnosed and fixed my airbag issue quickly, and the whole process was efficient and well organized. It’s clear they know what they’re doing, and I felt taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend!

Air park auto saved my 4runner. I got my oil change at valvoline and somehow the parts were broken and missing parts hence it leaked oil out to put me down to 2 quarts. I got it to Air park auto just on time before burning up the engine. The customer service and attention to detail was amazing. I was contacted every step of the way and provided detailed pictures to take to valvoline to get reimbursed. They work really hard at keeping the costs down and helping me out there. Thank you guys for everything!! Air Park went above and beyond to service our car. They fit it into the schedule because it was convenient for us. They kept us posted about what was going on and when it would be ready. Kelly was so kind and friendly.

I had an excellent experience at Air Park Auto. About a month prior to my visit to Air Park Auto, I was told by a local dealership that I needed a brake job and that it was urgent. Air Park Auto checked all four wheels and no brake job was needed anytime soon! The honesty of this business is refreshing and much appreciated. I was also having another issue that they took the time to accurately diagnose and fix perfectly. They are also a Napa Auto Care Center which carries benefits for me with a nationwide 24 month warranty. I 100% recommend this business.
