Complete Auto is my go to mechanic. They are professionally staffed with knowledgeable, friendly people. Their work is honest and their work is thorough. I followed them from their old location on Dominion to the new location on West Broad. They have several locations around the county. Don’t hesitate to seek them out.

I recently moved to VA and needed to have 2 vehicles inspected. I checked with 3 different shops on Friday, and everyone was overbooked. I called Complete, he squeezed me in and had my car repaired and inspected. David Dole was very kind super personable. Prices were reasonable. I took my second vehicle for state inspection the next day. David worked me to get these two older vehicles inspected. I really enjoyed doing business here. When my vehicles were diagnosed, David texted me with the estimate to approve or decline. It was a very pleasurable experience. That's extremely had to find with auto service providers. I would definitely use Complete Automotive for future Auto repair needs.

I’ve been taking my car to complete for at least 6 years. I’ve had huge issues, like a new steering column after an accident, and typical things, like inspections and oil changes and everything in between. They worked directly with my insurance after my accident and never made it feel inconvenient. They’ve always been fair, honest, and transparent in their repairs and pricing and always do an amazing job explaining the problem and the fix. The staff and techs are all absolutely incredible. I’ll never take my car anywhere else.

David and the crew here are awesome. They were able to work me in the same day for an alignment on a lifted truck when other shops couldn’t. They spent the extra time to correct it when it was severely off. Gave me a first responder discount too!

Took me in same-day for a state inspection and oil change, and on top of that they resolved some issues that my car had had for a while. Staff were personable and helpful. My car runs super smoothly and quietly now. A little expensive, but you get quality service in return, which is worth it. I will definitely be back!

We have been taking our vehicles to Complete Automotive of Richmond for years. Excellent customer service, experienced and reliable mechanics with reasonable prices. The owner and his wife are really great; along with the entire team. We wouldn’t take our vehicles anywhere else!

I brought my 2008 dodge ram in to have 3rd tail light wired, fixed.these guys took me in early-- no waiting! I live just around corner so they brought me home so I can care for my elderly mom. No problem! Out of everyone i called and left messages for, complete automotive glen allen, va called me back. They fixed my 3rd tail light plus did an oil change in record time. Unbelievably spacious & clean! 4 waiting areas, plants…Mike & Jasmine provided excellent customer service! They have enough mechanics so that they’re able to honor your appointment time! They make a hellava first impression. At 71, & having a vehicle since I was 16, I will definitely be returning & sharing my experience with others.
