We were referred to S&M Auto by our regular service shop because a transmission issue was detected. S&M diagnosed the issue, found a technical support bulletin showing this was likely a warranty repair, and was done before 8 am. They cut our diagnostic fee because they found the issue so quickly. They could have easily quoted us the full cost to repair, which could have been in the thousands. Instead, we took their diagnostic to the dealer along with the TSB and got the item repaired under warranty. We really appreciate the integrity and the quality service.

They performed a pre purchase inspection on a car I was interested in buying. Their online system telling you their findings is easy to understand. It was easy to pay through their online system. I also stayed to ask them a lot of questions and for their opinions on the car. I felt the inspection was great, thorough and done with care.

I would highly recommend going to S&M Automotive Service! As a young woman I was hesitant to have my state inspection done in fear of being overcharged and taken advantage of. All of their workers were so nice to me, I was in and out! The technician broke down all of his concerns into understandable language and fixed what needed to be fixed! Who I assume was the manager was also very polite, I did not feel like I was being blindsided. I’m absolutely going to return to this business to have my brakes fixed in the future. 10/10! I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my visit!

I've been looking for a good mechanic that is closer to work or home and luckily for me I found this wonderful shop. Stellar customer service and efficient repair work. Adam was super helpful from the first contact all the way through to pickup. He is kind, patient, accommodating and was very clear in communicating exactly what to expect. He was also helpful in explaining how my warranty worked. I'd give them extra stars if I could.

Dropped in to see if I could get my car inspected. Normally, an appointment is required but the attendant checked and got me in. Only waited a short time and, thankfully, passed inspection. I will be using S&M for other services in the future.

They got me in for a state inspection as soon as possible after a holiday weekend and then found an oil leak that would have cost a small fortune to repair if my car wasn’t still under warranty. They sent pictures of the issue and explained it sufficiently so that I can get it addressed by the dealer. I appreciate their attention to detail and willingness to get me in. Thank you!

These guys were fantastic to work with. We are more than grateful they were able to get one of our work trucks back on the road ASAP, which was very helpful for us in maintaining our schedule. In addition to that the repair was perfect, and even though the interior of our truck was worn completely apart, you could not tell anybody had been in there when we received it back. Highly recommend five stars !
