It is always a pleasure getting work done at Meadowbridge Auto.. I needed two new trailer tires mounted and balanced. I was expecting to drop off the two trailer tires and come back later to pickup the newly mounted tires. Jackie asked if I had a few minutes to wait while the service technician performed the work. The old tires were unmounted, the new ones mounted, and balanced in a few minutes. Exceptional service!!!

Have not had to deal with a repair shop in a long period of time. Going here for My Daughter‘s car was probably the best experience I’ve ever had. Some of the most friendly, honest and hard-working people. Can’t go wrong here.

Everyone is super friendly here! They also give a very thorough report back with pictures and details so you know what’s going on. And they have a lender car available for longer appointments! Would definitely recommend

I have been a customer for almost 33 years and they have kept me going consistently, without fail. You do not have to do every recommendation; that's just their way of letting you know it's another service they offer if the need arises. If you want cheap take to your local "backyard mechanic". Then you can go to Meadowbridge to have it done right.

The nicest people , I recently took my car to them after a failing relationship with my regular mechanic of years. They serviced it once and weeks later it was having the same issue - as soon as I called they had me stop driving it. Met me with a loaner car and didn’t charge me again for ANYTHING even though it was something entirely different than we thought. The service manager called and updated me along the way of every detail and ensured me they would get it taken care of. They are top notch and offer rides, pick ups , and complimentary nice clean and well maintained loaner cars as part of service. That was a huge help and eliminated the stress of going without your vehicle. Jacki is wonderful too work with & I have found my new shop going forward. Thank you again !

Been using Meadowbridge on all my cars for years. They are the most honest group of mechanics I've ever come across and they go above and beyond to get you in when serious issues pop up beyond routine maintenance. I use them for tire service as well and recommend them to anyone looking for honest work at a fair price.

This is the only car maintenance experience I can really say I've ever enjoyed. A friend of mine recommended Meadowbridge, and I can't thank her enough. They do great work! They also won't judge you for having financial constraints and are happy to help you prioritize maintenance based on your budget. Don't think I'll go to another auto shop as long as I live in or around Richmond.

This is the only place I trust to take my vehicles. The management and staff are super helpful and friendly - most importantly you know they are trustworthy and honest.
