Austins Pro Care is the place I go when I need my car fixed. They have done everything from brakes, radiator, a/c, and alignments and oil changes. They do excellent work and are very affordable. They are kind and courteous and explain the work they will be doing. I highly recommend them for all of your vehicle needs.

Both guys are friendly and easy to communicate with. Had an issue after a repair they went above and beyond to fix. They’ve done repairs on my minivan in the past I was happy with and this most recent experience left me happy as well. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to come back for any future repairs. Overall fantastic service!
Paul and Tyler always go above and beyond! Went to pick up my vehicle around 8 AM, not realizing they didn't open till 8:30. Tyler was actually in his truck in the parking lot waiting to start work. He opened the shop early so I could get my keys and be on my way before they were even officially open for business. Always the best service!!
I’m very satisfied with the repair work that I received! My truck is a rusty old 1990. It’s a Minnesota truck that has suffered from to much road salt. Other shops didn’t want to even attempt the repair. I had to have the fuel lines completely replaced from the gas tank to the engine. I will definitely use them again for my automotive repairs. Thanks again for the great job!!
My family has been coming to Austin’s for 30+ years. The mechanics are honest, respectful and very helpful when it comes to any questions or problems. I will continue to come here and recommend them to anyone.
I don't live in Champlin. My car had issues on my way to visit a friend. I happened to pull over near Austin's Pro Care. It was just about closing time, but they were able to help. They snuck me into their schedule for the next day and had everything fixed and road ready by the end of the day for less than I expected to pay. The employees were amazing. They were pleasant and calming (I was very anxious under the circumstances.) They were fully transparent in what they found, the repairs needed, and the costs. If I lived closer, this would be my shop of choice.
I recently brought my car here without an appointment due to an surprise exhaust leak. The team was incredibly accommodating! Tyler in particular was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole process. The service was top notch and affordable. I left the shop extremely pleased and would absolutely recommend them to anybody in need of reliable car care!
unreliable to diagnose the vehicle. Lack of communication since we had to call for updates. First thing, first car we were told after leaving our car to sit on their lot all day the previous day was a lie and they ignored the car instead and only ran engine codes which I previously have done already to my car. I asked for a diagnostic of my engine which was not completed. Then suggested a tuneup without fully diagnosing the car and they said wouldn't happen for about more 2 weeks to possibly get to my car, but no guarantee but they don't schedule appointments according to them.
