They did a good job on my car by fixing a very annoying noise that other mechanics failed to resolve. Mike coordinates the service very diligently, keeping us informed all the time. Prices are ok. I will be back.

They got my car in same day (even when the tow took hours) with fair pricing. Then 2 days later when my car had a light on... stopped in on my way to work and it was a quick painless fix. Great place to go!

I can’t recommend Nelson’s Lakeside Auto enough. I took my work truck in for ball joints, pitman/control arms, and a brake system diagnosis. Nelson went above and beyond—he was completely honest and didn’t try to tack on unnecessary repairs. The crew is easily the best in the business; they got the job done quickly and kept me informed the whole time. They even gave me a heads-up on some preventative maintenance to keep an eye on, which I really appreciated. If you need honest, high-quality work, take your vehicle to Nelson’s.

I am a first time young female customer, long story short I had gotten a new vehicle with bad fuel injectors and I called 4 other shops before I luckily landing with Nelson’s Auto. Mike who helped me was the only mechanic of them all that ask my actual opinion and explained things very thoroughly, and helped me out greatly! I would highly highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get some work done!!

One of the best experiences I've ever had getting my 98' Cobra fixed. They sought out the small issues immediately and didn't overcharge me whatsoever and got it done in a very timely matter. Will absolutely be going back for any repairs I need in the future. Josh and his staff are super nice and professional and actually treat you like you're their only customer. Thanks so much!!!

They are a very great group of mechanics! I highly recommend Josh although the entire team is efficient and hardworking, I specifically worked/spoke with him. Great customer service, explained all of my issues in detail and how to avoid some issues in the future. Very resourceful group and even have a loaner vehicle to accommodate my vehicle being absent for a couple of days. I highly recommend this repair shop for any and all repairs!!

Our car developed a new "noise" while we were travelling from MO to MN. Called to see if there was any chance of having car looked at. From the time Josh answered the phone until the time we drove away there was nothing but professional, friendly, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable service. They were able to diagnose, get part delivered and replace part in under 2 hours!!! Being from out of state we were worried we could be stuck for a few days since it was a Friday and also worried about a huge bill. It all started with a call, and having someone answer who sounded like they cared and would do their best to help us. Thank you Josh and your certified mechanics for getting us back on the road so quickly and for a fair price. The coffee and visit while waiting was nice. Customer service appears to be a top priority with this business. Keep up the great work!

These guys are the best. Highly recommend this place for all car repair maintenance needs. Clean, awesome shop, friendly people, and service that’s top notch. I drove in with a problem, they dropped everything, figured out the issue, took care of it on the spot and had me on my way. Amazing! (No relation - they just happen to have same last name.)
