The workers were kind and polite. They gave me a reasonable quote to fix my A/C compared to other shops. And they repaired my A/C in a reasonable amount of time. Also they have great chapstick there.

Pace assisted me after my car broke down nearby. The employees helped me get my car into their lot, diagnosed the issue, and installed a new battery and alternator quickly and for a fair price. Cannot emphasize enough the kindness and honesty of the staff. They quickly became my new go to shop. Thank you!

For years I’ve always taken my vehicles to PACE. They are trustworthy and repairs are done correctly and flawlessly. I called them at the last minute last week and they got me in to repair my vehicle in one day!!!! I have a 2001 Yukon and a 2018 Ford Edge. Both vehicles have been serviced regularly because I trust them. I’m greatful I have them as my go to repair shop as I’m typically the biggest septic of car repair shops. They also were clear in their communication about my vehicle, providing information on future needs but not pressuring me. They were very helpful and also friendly. Received the best, well-informed and courteous service from this local business! I knew I needed brakes replaced - they were clear and upfront about the pricing and expectations, their communication was solid and the work was done very quickly. They didn’t overcharge nor did they try to push other services. As a female, I believe I’ve been stereotyped in the past to try to scam and I not only did not feel like I was getting sold or scammed, I felt very respected and treated with really great customer service. Cannot recommend more! Definitely our neighborhood go-to service shop and gas station.

First time customer, and I am VERY impressed!! Jose and his team were fantastic. They were able to solve and resolve why my check engine light/ABS light/ESP lights were all going on intermittently, and today for the first time in 2 YEARS I could drive my car and not have to worry and wonder what was going wrong!!! Pace Automotive has been my go-to for gas for years! I love that they’re locally owned and operated, and their staff goes above and beyond. Just yesterday I needed a tire repair, and they went out of their way to get me fixed up and out the door. And Jose the manager is the BEST!!! I highly recommend Pace for a professional and personal experience!!

I have never had anything less than excellent service with Pace's. They're quick to respond and will call and communicate with you. I switched to them a few years ago because they offered more services than my other mechanic and I've never regretted it. For quick repairs they've usually been able to get me in a lot sooner than when I booked online. I've recommended them to family and friends.

I brought a vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection. I was so grateful that they could get me in the same day. Jose offered two inspection options and helped me determine which was better for my needs (the less expensive one). The inspection was timely and while I waited I had a great chat with Jose (the manager) about parenting, college and cars! He was a joy to chat with. Both Jose and their mechanic Andrew were extremely helpful with explaining the findings, providing a quote for services recommended, and making me feel very comfortable with moving ahead with the purchase of this vehicle. They were extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. Even though I live 35 minutes away, I will bring this vehicle back to them for future services! Highly recommend!
