Auto Inspector

Was in and out (mid-week, mid-morning). Front desk person super nice and super helpful, gave some useful neighborhood tips as a bonus. Recommend!

This is a fantastic place to get your vehicle inspection. The people are very kind and friendly. They are also very quick and efficient. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

In and out in 15 on a weekday around 9:30 am! Employee gave a recommendation of something to monitor on my vehicle, so I appreciate both the speedy and knowledgeable service.

I take both our cars here every year and the folks are great. It’s pretty easy to get in and out in under 15 minutes even if there’s a couple cars in front of you. They recently updated the lobby with a new floor and new chairs.

I take 2 cars and a motorcycle here so I visit frequently. I'd go here even if it wasn't the closest to my hood. Nice folks, friendly, and never waited more then 5 mins. I don't know what's up with some of these reviews, but it's 5 stars from me.

I’ve been bringing my cars here for NC inspections for years, and it’s always a reliable experience. The guy at the front desk is pleasant, friendly, and even remembers me each year, which adds a nice personal touch. They’re consistently fast and efficient, with quick turnaround times that make the process easy to fit into a busy day. One thing that really stood out for me...last year I bought windshield wipers at an auto parts store but couldn’t get them installed properly. While I was there, they stepped in and took care of it for me without hesitation, which I really appreciated. The waiting room could use some updating! (Hence the 4 rather than 5 star review) The chairs are worn and its dreary in there but if you can look past that, the service more than makes up for it.

Had a very unsatisfactory experience. The guy was incredibly unfriendly and unprofessional. I highly recommend 4808 Monroe Rd. as a much better alternative.

If I could give it 0 stars I would but that’s not an option. They’ll make up any excuse to fail your inspection if the guy is in a bad mood or just doesn’t like you. Avoid coming here!

Guys, if you leave your car, they will tow it and make money, so please don’t leave it there. Also, make sure to bring your own chair from home because the ones they provide seem like they were collected from the trash. No one is going to sit there if they care about their health. So, bring your own chair; otherwise, you’ll end up sitting on theirs!
