Absolutely outstanding service. I brought in my 2000 Jeep, which needed a lot of work, Angel and the mechanics treated it with real care and professionalism. They walked me through everything that needed to be done, kept me updated, and made sure the repair was done right the first time. The Jeep is running smoother than it has in years. Friendly, honest, and skilled— Angel and his shop has definitely earned my trust.

Amazing quality of service at the best rate around! Was so happy to have found BR auto repair that fixed some major paint scratching and light denting caused by a railing in a parking garage (see before and after). Great communication and service and result looks good as new! Not to mention they gave the most affordable quote out of all shops we contacted. Highly recommend!

I was in a panic last week, my hitch frame for my truck completely detached. Had a major job that involved my trailer and had no hope of finishing it by the deadline. I went and dropped my truck off thinking it would take days to get the part and install it. It took a few hours!! I was blown away by the urgency and professionalism. I was back up and running the same day. Could not have asked for better service

The cheapest place I can go for a synthetic oil change. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and was very open and honest. He didn’t do anything to my car without asking first and he had good recommendations as to when I should actually start to fix things on my car! I also got my suspension shock system fixed for a very fair price. Very pleased and will be using them from now on for all car services!

I was in a panic when my tire blew out, it completely stopped my operations. These guys came to the rescue and got my equipment back up and running the same day!! I’ve been going here for all my truck and trailer related issues, and I have not had a single issue yet, they have great pricing, fast turnarounds, and are experienced with working on weird technical issues. What more can you ask for? I will continue to use this company!!

Great place and great people. My family and I were traveling to Michigan from South Carolina and experienced car trouble in Charlotte NC. We stoped at B&R auto repair and they were able to get us in that same moment and fix the car. Angel and the team at B&R are amazing

great group of guys, fair pricing and quick work. just wish there was a bit more documentation of what work went on. I brought my own parts and I just needed help installing as I don't own the needed tools for it and preferred actual professionals to work on the suspension. I definitely will be back as i have more work needed and looks like they have started implementing some online features that other bigger shops around town have like Figs and Woodies

I brought my car here to fix the check engine light and asked for a full general inspection to feel safe driving again. I ended up paying nearly $1,800. The catalytic converter was replaced, and eventually, after some time, the check engine light did go off — so in the end, the job may have been done right. But the process was frustrating. The staff gave no clear explanations, avoided responsibility when the light stayed on after the repair, and didn’t offer any type of follow-up or support. When I asked for a cost estimate for further work, I was told, “I don’t know.” The attitude was defensive — no effort to keep me as a customer, no empathy, and I left feeling like I had overpaid without being treated with respect. I’m glad the issue resolved itself over time, but I wouldn’t come back here.

Was told they had tires to fit my car, i was available to pick them up asap but was asked to come at different time. Was told they would hold tires for that timeframe. The day before picking up i was informed they sold them because they made more money than what they were asking me.(Text said they weren't even sorry) Bad business practice, I wouldn't trust them to buy anything with those kind of morals. Money definitely means more than customers to this business. I would rate them a zero if i could.
