I grew up having a master mechanic father who knew how to fix anything and always enjoyed doing so by himself. He's in his 70s now and still enjoys fixing and working on things, but has come to terms that he can't do it all anymore. When I recently had some vehicle issues that were to big too fix in his shop I called on my friends at Carlson auto, and let me tell you what... A certain 70 year old life long mechanic that doesn't trust or get impressed easily was COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY AND AMAZED by how well this shop took care of me! The mechanics at Carlsons call and keep in touch with you throughout each and every step and decision needed to be made by them and you. They don't bull shit you, and they genuinely care about what they do! Thank you Brandon and Rob so much!

I brought my truck in for a repair. After their assessment they weren't able to do the job and informed me immediately. They also recommended another shop to bring it to. Very honest people.

Incredible customer service! Had a check engine light come on and dropped in unscheduled to see if they could just scan it and tell me what was up. Found it was an O2 sensor. Brandon found the part local and said, “If you have an hour to hang around, I’ll squeeze you in.” I know it’s a pretty quick change-out, but geez! Props to Brandon and Rob!

My collector 1970 Ford pickup was having difficulty starting and Brandon helped diagnose issues with the distributor cap…we updated all electrical and it starts and runs like a top…there is no limit to what the guys can do there. Greg Collins

Brought the Trailer Blazer in knowing something was wrong with the transmission awhile ago. Even said it was probably something with the transmission kept the whip for days, said they test drove it and found nothing wrong. Took it to a new place after it got worse after a short period of time and am paying for a whole new transmission. Appreciate the service lol
