Bought a used vehicle that was safetied at this shop - they replaced an oil pressure sensor as it was leaking during the safety and we had some residual leaking that was occurring afterwards - mechanic was willing to take the car back in to take a look at it to make sure everything was installed properly and confirm that it was just residual leaking when we were concerned with the situation - very kind and understanding and willing to ensure everything was in order within a few days of when the safety had already been completed

Cannot say enough good things about our experience here. Our rental car broke down on the way to the passport office with our less than 2 week old baby in the car. Ra'ad came to our rescue when my husband ran back down the road to seek help. The hand break had completely jammed on our car and Ra'ad helped to get us safely in off the road. He took us in to the office - gave us water and let us use his cell phone as it would have cost an insane amount for us using international phones. He was so generous with his time and so caring and considerate and wouldn't even accept any money from us - not even a token gesture of a few dollars to go and get his kids an ice cream. He tuned an incredibly stressful experience into a memory that will stay with us for a very long time and help us remember that the world is still full of good people who care. We were on our way to our family’s Nexus appointment, already running late, when our van’s dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree while driving uphill on the Garden City Skyway. A week earlier, our other vehicle had completely shut off while driving, but at least I had been able to pull onto a side road. On the bridge, though, I was terrified. I quickly thought of finding a car rental place and cautiously drove there, fearing the van might give up at any moment. When I arrived, I found out they didn’t have any 7-seaters available. The gentleman standing outside noticed my worried face and asked what was wrong. Without hesitation, he told me to bring the van over so he could scan it. He thoroughly checked what was wrong, cleared the codes, and reassured me that it was safe to drive to the appointment and back home, but recommended getting it checked at a local garage. When I asked how much for his help, he said, “No charge.” I asked again, “Are you sure, brother?” and he assured me it was all good. Ra’ad is an honest, kind, and genuine mechanic. I wish there were more like him at service garages near me. I highly recommend Golden Touch Auto Repair Inc. for their integrity and customer care.

This place is the only shop i take my car when it needs repair. Ra'ad and his service men have helped me in so many ways. Very kind guy who owns the shop who is very quick to the point and won’t keep you waiting long. I’ve taken my car here a couple of times and it’s always a fair price with great work being done. Definitely recommend!

Poor workmanship. Deflecting issues, failed to complete repairs. Had to bring a dealer car in several times for service due to repeat issues or lack of repair. 3 Misfires on the same vehicle within 30 days. The mechanic told me that they cannot determine 1 misfire because the code was reset automatically. I had to purchase an OBD reader to get a picture of the code my vehicle was throwing for them to service it. I also had to practically drag the mechanic to the car to witness an air suspension alert, As it will reset if the car is restarted. Failed to fix Climate control issues. Several different visits to fix a handful of problems, how much did that cost you rather than just fixing the issue at hand when reported. Any mechanic would have replaced or even examined all sparkplugs and coils after 3 misfires. Suggestions: Take pride in your work. Cause at this point if I serviced my vehicle there again, I would expect to be bringing it back due to sabotage. I do not trust your business as a competent mechanic. Golden touch, as in the check engine will light on your touch.
