Hage Kobany Transmissions & Auto Service

Closest thing to a dealer's service without the dealer expense. My first experience with them. I'll need to return to the evaluation when they're done. Took my Focus in to Hage Kobany on a Wednesday to have the clutches in the transmission checked at 8:00 am. I had called them the day before, and they said they'd get me in the next day. By around 2:00 pm Wednesday they had verified that my clutches were bad, and they had done a complete service review on my Focus. I agreed to have them do the clutches, and they provided me with a loaner car while they fixed my Focus. Friday afternoon I got a call from them that my car was fixed, and I was amazed. My girlfriend has the identical can and had the same repair done. The transmission specialists she used took weeks to fix her car, and didn't give her a loaner car to use. Hage Kobany's charge for my repairs was slightly more, but the service was enormously better. I'll be using Hage Kobany for repairs on my car from now on.

Legitimately Hage Kobany might well be the best experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop. This is not hyperbole. These guys seem to have expert technicians. Their customer service is second to none. Up front honest and courteous communication is rare these days. It’s seemingly as rare as the technical expertise. They have it both. And THEY ARE FAST!!! All caps FAST! I can’t say enough good things about them. Truly. They are a gem in a world of jagged rubble.

Lightning fast repair. I needed a transmission replacement and the technician had it completed in one day. Replacing a transmission in my car is a time consuming job so I was surprised that it was completed so quickly. 5 Stars!!! I highly recommend Hage Kobany for all your transmission repair needs! I had a great experience at Hage-Kobany, Jamison and his crew were outstanding. They were prompt with reponsponding back to me and gave me emails/ texts on updates with my daughters car. Good and genuine people. I'll Definitely be back..

Looking for a great car repair shop? Look no further. I have an older car I’m trying to keep going as long as possible and twice Hage-Kobany has taken care of me. Car is fixed and back on the road without trying to add more to the bill. So grateful for them! Excellent, trustworthy!

This shop was a lifesaver. After being told last minute by a dealership that my Jeep wouldn’t be ready for an upcoming road trip, I called here in a panic. They got me in the same day, and literally a couple hours later, it was finished. I couldn't be more grateful. They turned a very stressful situation into peace of mind. The service was fast, honest, and professional, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

Jason and the team did an amazing job not only with my vehicle but with communication, scheduling, and working with my work schedule. I’m so grateful for all they did to my vehicle and I really appreciated the through pictures they took to show me what was wrong and did a great job letting me know if they needed to add a service along the way. I won’t be going to any other auto repair shop.

Got a quote to do brakes, came back high. Checked with another place and came in $500 less. Called to say I wouldn't be doing brakes with Hage and they called back to say they misquoted me and reduced the price. Hard to trust after that.

They're good guys. They do a good job. But they aren't forth coming about price. Ive been going here for a couple years, and today I got a quote I couldnt afford. That happens, so I came and picked up my truck. Then they print off the parts they're returning for the job and I come to find the parts are all 2-4x the price of AutoZone. I asked them about why they would want to put such expensive nice parts on my piece of garbage and they responded that their parts have warranty. As if AutoZone doesn't as well. I'm not coming back. I was thinking about not writing this review, but I told them my financial situation, and then trying to bill parts that expensive to me is just a total deal breaker. I shouldn't be paying that kind of mark up on basic parts. 2 stars for the fact they do the job and quick, minus 3 stars for what I would consider to be absolutely ridiculous part pricing.

I feel very much like they took advantage of me. I spent WAY too much money for them to fix my problems ( including a diagnostic that was suppose to cover anything that is wrong). A week later and it was still leaking and they want to charge me even more money. Then when it was there for the recheck (that was NEVER fixed!) after being there for a couple days they called me on the day to pick it up and set out a flat tire. So on top of not getting the original problem fixed I left with even more of a problem of needing all new four tires on my all-wheel drive vehicle. I really wanted to give them a chance to fix the original problem but I left feeling even worse about everything.
