I had a wonderful experience at Hancock’s Auto. The staff was friendly, professional and explained all of the repairs needed on my vehicle. The lead technician even brought me back to show me the wear on parts and explained his concerns. He also gave me repair options to fit my budget. The shop was clean, pricing was very fair and it was great to have a table where I was able to work while I waited. I would highly recommend Hancock’s for all of your automotive needs!

I have had my cars serviced at Hancock"s since the 1970s. I can honestly say I have never had a disappointing or negative experience. Their work has always been great, and their charges most reasonable. And their integrity is beyond question. If they say I need a particular item updated etc, I have no hesitation saying "do it", because I have not doubt it needs being done if they say so.

I have been coming to Hancock’s Automotive for years and each time is nothing short of exceptional. The owner, Tyler, is knowledgeable and here to solve any problem I have. The workers are efficient, the front desk staff are welcoming, and the shop is clean and orderly. I will choose Hancock’s Automotive for all of my repair and car needs!

Did good work on my car. Drives smoother. Headlamps are clean and vision is better at night.

These people make customers feel like they know nothing about cars. A simple inspection turned into a complete disaster. And don’t ask them to rotate tires cause they say they did it , charge you for it and never touched them. Never again will I go there. Beware of niceness from these people they use it to their advantage.

Excellent Customer Service and Staff. However the prices are Through the roof. Way too high. My Same Sunroof parts was used and Basically was just charged for 30 minutes Labor Over $200. Price is the Only thing that Turns Me Away from this company. 👎👎👎 Called a Different Repair Company and They Confirmed This Company Overcharged Me. 😞😞😞

This place is trash they lied to me about fixing certain things on my car about the for my yearly check to pass I had to spend at least $1,000 bucks I did for my back rear high light to get it assembled on my truck they broke up my window area where the 3rd light goes and it is now impossible for it to stay I called before to try and resolve this situation problem I was never reached back out me by the company at all also had certain type of caps on my rims those were gone not to be found on my truck
