I got tag and title service done here before. The service was good and the staff was helpful. It's best to call them before you get there.

I just called the shop for guidance and to explore getting my state inspection at this location. I don’t think I will be able to get my inspection completed here but the gentleman I spoke with was kind, helpful and knowledgeable! John expertly walked me through registering and getting tags for two cars when I moved to MD from out of state. He gathered information from me through phone, email, and text; and, did much of the work ahead of time. He kept in communication with us. A couple of days later, my wife and I stopped by his place of business to finalize the transactions and get our tags. This was WAY easier and better than going to the MVA. I just wish he could have handed me a new drivers license! If I ever need tag and title work again, John will be my first stop.

John was extremely helpful in assisting us with obtaining our car title. We have relocated from Maryland to Florida and only had the pink copy of our title and needed to get the blue in order to register our car here. After Googling and calling the Maryland MVA, we gave up trying to do it ourselves as, best we could tell, we had to do it in person. That's when we started calling vehicle title services that we found via Google. After several calls to different places, we decided to use John's services as he was immediately able to identify what we needed and projected confidence in describing how to get it done. Other places we called either didn't answer or had to take our info to have someone else call us back. We provided the documents and John was able to get everything taken care of and he stayed in contact and communicated with us throughout the process. I went here to get a title, registration, and tags for a vehicle I had just purchased and the service was excellent! First of all, I called early on a Sunday morning, they were very friendly and accommodating, and I was able to set up an appointment just a couple hours after. The gentleman who helped me was super friendly, personable, and helpful. I was able to follow along as he filled out the paperwork and saw all the associated charges so there were no surprises. Everything was explained and I was in and out quickly, way better than waiting around at the MVA. Service prices were fair too, no complaints on my end. I definitely recommend should you ever need to get tags or a registration done.
