Great Dealership and AWESOME follow up service and maintenance care.
If you choose to do your business with them do your own finance. We told them we do business with Hopewell Federal credit union. He give us a 7% bank when Hopewell came in at 5.68%. I had to check with Hopewell myself. We refinanced with them.. Then they had to cancel all our extended warranties. I called the warranty place to find out he had only canceled one of them. Went back after 8 weeks to see where our money was and to get him to cancel the other one. He said I can't read your mind. I said you knew we refinanced the whole thing and you said you had been doing this job over 20 years. I told him if he had cared about us he would have called us when he saw Hopewell was better loan for us. Now we will lose money on the other warranty because of him. I will never go back or send anyone there.
Service department sucks, bad experience for many years.. recently another..
Scheduled body work and promised a loaner vehicle. Waited 4 months only to be put off and then told "we don't have loaners anymore". Feel totally betrayed. They didn't order the parts so now I am waiting til October with no loaner.
