Matt and Zach are always so kind and helpful when I call, but today Matt went above and beyond to get me worked in to get my tire patched. My work calendar was hectic but Matt ensured I was taken care of without having to rearrange my day. It’s nice to have Millers Automotive there for routine maintenance but also pull through for me with the inconveniences that come up!
I’ve been coming here for years. The customer service is top notch. Prices are great. I would not take my vehicle to get serviced anywhere else.
My husband and I were in transit to Greensboro for a funeral when we ran over a piece of metal on the interstate. A mile later our front right tire was flat. I called Millers and Matt coordinated our truck being towed back to their shop, changed our tire, and made sure there was no other damage done. We left the truck on the shoulder and had other family members pick us up. I knew Millers would take care of us and I didn’t have time to wait because of our schedule. Everything was taken care of for us on a day that was already upsetting. Both Matt and Zach were so kind when I retrieved our vehicle the next day. Words cannot express how appreciative we were for this amazing service.
Miller’s is Great !! I just picked up my car after being serviced. It reminded me that this multi generation family owned shop has always been the best. With all my cars, work needed was always explained, given choices in some cases, and always reasonable $$. They have even taken me to and from work while my car was being worked on. FIVE STARS IN MY BOOK !!
Just wanted to say how great my experience was. The first time ever going here and I will be going back more great communication, great customer service. They do not. Have enough stars to give you all need more 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 💫 ⭐️ 💫
If I could give Millers a 10 out of 5 stars I would. We have been taking our vehicles to them for several years and they are so helpful, honest and clear when explaining what needs to be done. They aren't afraid of my many questions either and they take the time to answer all of them. They also don't push you to have unneccesary repairs done, but often will give you a heads up if they see potential issues that may be coming down the road! I am really grateful we found them. It's hard to find a mechanic you can really trust, at least in my experience, and Millers is truly the best. Thank you guys!!
After my Volvo broke down I decided to have it towed to Miller's Automotive based on the reviews I read on Google maps. When the tow truck driver dropped me off at Miller's auto. After things were taken care of at the front desk, one of the staff drove me home. After over 2 weeks in their shop I was finally able to get my car. Since I didn't have my licence (only a permit) one of the staff drove me to the bank to get thier payment which was approx. $100 less Than the estimate from one of their staff. The AC check they performed even managed to get my AC working again (though I can't say how). Overall I was pleased with Miller's service. They even sent me a thank you card in the mail. Very thoughtful.
Ok on average ball joints and rods will run you right around 1000 to put in they wanted 2600 dollars do this . I called my mechanic and ask him on average what it cost and he said around a thousand dollars. They over charge big time.
This is now my "last resort" shop. At one time, they were my "go to" shop. Prices have gotten ridiculously high, and then miss diagnosed not one car, but two cars of ours. One of the newer, counter person, Zach is very rude and I will never deal with him again. We were going to Miller's for over 15 years, and NEVER have I ever been treated so poorly until Zach got snippy with me when I was just trying to give some insight on my car. Not demanding anything, or correcting him, just telling him of what I learned of my car. I'm sadden by the quality of work, and the professionalism of the front desk now. Wish Scott and Kathy were back, because we would come back in a heart beat, even though the prices are super high now.
