The fact that you can visit this location 24hrs / day and run the test yourself ranks 5 stars. If you know where your OBDll port is to plug it in makes the whole test, payment and receiving your pass / fail document possible in about 15 minutes!
Self Service Kiosk WILL take care of your emissions test with ease as long as you have a functioning port , registration info/emissions notice , and some time to spare. Follow each given instructions on screen to prevent any errors. P.S. this location might say closed for business hours as of now, must not be updated yet, but the self service kiosk is in fact 24 HOURS.
Went close to closing time and place was deserted = no line whatsoever! Quickest time ever and great service.Thank you! Be aware the state got greedy and charges $30, not just $14 for the test. More than double. (Really? Even clean air costs more these days.)
I took my car up Saturday afternoon May 2nd. Pulled right up no waiting the young lady was very professional, friendly did an outstanding job. Had me in and done in like 2 minutes. Paper said Inspector ID was 512607. Didn't get her name but hope she is acknowledged and commended for her work. 👍🏾

Its very convenient. Didn't like the process of attaching their device under my steering wheeel. Thatwas a dance by itself. I had to have the person in the car behind me to help. He saved the day
I’ve driven about 60 miles now all in the name of the environment only to have malfunctioning testing equipment. Nice job State of Maryland! Just wasted about 2 hours of my day along with all the others wasting their time too.
