Brought my car in at 7:30 without an appointment. Needed exhaust work done. Diagnosed the problem within the first hour and quickly fixed it! Solid pricing and great customer service. Even offered me a ride back to my house instead of waiting. I walked since I need the exercise. Would highly recommend!
I’ve brought my car to Premier Car Care multiple times now, and every experience has been great. They always get me in and out quickly, which I really appreciate, especially when life is busy. The staff is friendly, honest, and they take the time to explain what’s going on with my car so I understand exactly what’s being done. What I like most is that they never try to overcharge or push unnecessary work. It’s clear they care about their customers and want to do the job right. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but Premier Car Care has definitely earned mine. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest service!

They've done alot of work on my VW Passat. This place is right by my office so it's been my go to, everyone there is super helpful, price is solid, and the work is good, definitely recommend if you're in the area.
Mechanics normally get a bad rap and very few people leave positive reviews for them. I normally wait after 3 or 4 visits before leaving a review like this for a mechanic. The owner of this establishment definitely has left a mark for professionalism, customer service, and understanding. I have gone to him 5 times now in the past year and EVERY SINGLE TIME, he has been honest and true. The prices are competitive and he gets the work done in an adequate amount of time. No I wasn't paid to do this review, and no he is not a family member. Honestly, I don't care about customer service when I drop off my car at an auto shop, their mechanics for Christ sake. I'd rather them focus on fixing my car then trying to put on a fake smile, however this location does have solid customer service and great mechanic skills. Kudos to the owner for making this place stand out from the rest. I will definitely be spreading your name around where I work. Thank you for being honest.
I came here in January/February of 2025 fixed a leak in my tire. Came here in May 2025 for an inspection , all went well. Just took my car for 4 new tires at a different shop my family recommended - they said my car could’ve lost control at any minute from the neglect of not fixing wheel barrings & sensors. Do not take your car here unless you want it neglected with little to no care.
NO GOOD / Told him it was the my front driver side All the rack of opinion ball joints were all loose and fallen off. They did the passenger side charge my Car Shield insurance plus Charge me a $380 extra that Car Shield didn’t pay for as per them , then they did an a wheel alignment charge me for A $56 alignment give me a deal. I pull out and I have the same problem. I pulled right back in. I said what happened?! Oops, we did the wrong side. I said you didn’t do the driver side. Oh we did the passenger side, but the passenger side was in broken. It was the driver side so you fix the completely good side with nothing wrong with it with my Car Shield insurance. That’s OK we’ll just do it again and charge your Car Shield for the other side the correct side. No you won’t. You’re not gonna screw me over twice and return my money for the alignment since you couldn’t have done alignment with my driver side all screwed up and not repaired, which they did And I’ve been a 10 year loyalty customer how did the manager do this to me. 5/1/2025 REPLY WE HAD TO REDO YOU WORK WITH CAR SHIELD on the passenager side -- SO my front end has been worked on 3 times.
