Have been coming to Red Jenkins Auto for years. The team is always top notch. My most recent contacts have been with Dennis. His knowledge and guidance is always valuable!

The towing service was great as well. They came within the hour. The vehicle was completed the same day, even with additional needed. Pricing was reasonable. Everyone was resourceful, knowledgeable, polite, had a professional appearance, performed timely and efficient work.

I am so glad I found Chad at red Jenkins. I have been going to him for several years now to service my business and personal vehicles. He always communicates clearly and his prices are fair. It’s not always easy to find people with integrity and it’s so nice when you do. It’s evident to me thatChad has great integrity and cares about the job he does.

We have 4 vehicles that are serviced here. We chose this garage based on word of mouth and are extremely happy. Pricing is clear and extremely competitive, service team is polite and doesn’t waste your time and facilities are extremely clean. We appreciate the staff and workmanship and recommend to anyone looking for an honest shop. We have purchased tires, paid for oil changes, brakes, alignments, radiator replacements, alternators and inspections.

I would leave a zero if I could. Since the shop has changed hands it is not the same. They lie and say they call you and they don't. You make an appointment and they don't keep their word. The last 2 times I have taken my truck they haven't even looked at it when they say they would. They close early because they say they are slow but yet tell you they are backed up and can't get to your vehicle. Then they say oh we can't work on it Friday because we are closed. They care nothing about their customers anymore. I will never take my vehicles back there again.

Terrible business and a scam. I got into my first accident a couple of days ago in the rain and my tire got messed up. The cop called them, which I have been seeing is a common thing where the cops call them after accidents and they proceed to scam their customers. While towing the car he didn’t get any information other than my name. Charged me $250 to tow my car and I told the guy to take it to Complete Automotive off Dominion Blvd. right behind the Corner Bakery, he asked the one in Innsbrook and I said yes hoping it would go to the right spot. I would like for it to go to Complete since I have taken my car to them before, and everyone down there is nice and very helpful. The next day I called Complete to check to see if my car was there, and they informed me they did not have it. I do know they have a smaller shop down Broad Street so I thought maybe they got confused and sent it there, They called the shop for me, and nope not there either. Now I’m wondering where did they take my car. I called the guy, never got his name, but he told me he took it to the right place, and told me that their slot was full so he had to drop it off at a slot next to their building. Proceeded to also tell me he didn’t have my number to call me, something he should have collected when he got my name and card information. He still wasn’t exactly telling me where my car was. All I got was Firestone something. I spent all Monday morning from 7 am to almost 11 am going back and forth between him and Complete trying to just FIND my car. The people down at Complete were super nice and even went and tracked my car down. They finally called me back to tell me they found it and it was up at Firestone Complete off Broad St, just a few feet down the road from them. I can understand the confusion being right next to each other and having similar names, so I called him back and said that it was at the wrong location and needed to be moved to Complete. I asked him nicely if he could please move it to the right shop, he told me if I wanted him to do that he would have to charge me another $130 to move it a few feet away. I told him that was ridiculous since HE was the one who took it to the wrong location. I told him I already paid them $250 to take it and that he didn’t take it to the place I said that I wanted it at, and shouldn’t have to pay again. I also don’t have a lot of money, and can’t afford $350 in towing. I could barely even afford the $250. He said “Well you either pay it or get someone else.” When I tried calling back he started ignoring them and not even answering me. I had to use my coworker's phone to call him and he proceeded to start yelling at me saying “Hey buddy I ain’t going out there for free!” even though HE took it to the wrong spot. When I demanded someone above him he snapped and said “I am the owner!” I immediately just hung up. No use fighting with an owner like that. Very rude, unprofessional, and down right disrespectful not to mention any time I tried talking he kept cutting me off. Won’t be surprised if this place shuts down soon. I will always recommend Complete Automotive for work on your car, unfortunately they don’t have a tow truck for towing. For that I recommend either Glen Allen towing or Dukes Towing.

Terrible business. After my accident on Saturday I asked the owner to drop my vehicle off at the body shop and the owner agreed. I reached out to the body shop on Monday just to find out that they do not have my car, I had to look on my Ford app just to find out that they did not take my car to the body shop. He decided to keep my car over the weekend just so he could make a few extra bucks for storage. When I speak to him about it, he said he wouldn't have gotten pay if he drop it off on Sat. I told him I would have pay him out of pocket if he was being transparent, but instead he lied and said he already drop my car off when I reached out which was a lie because he couldn't have taken my car in 10 min. Car accident is already stressful instead of telling he prolong my claim process due to his personal greed. I hope that extra 200 bucks was able to change his life cause he obviously need it more than most. If you see his truck pull up I suggest you refuse and push the car yourself, I know I would.

Stay away from this place. it’s no longer owned by Red. The guy behind the counter is very rude and I obnoxious. I recommend Complete automotive at Innsbrook where they appreciate people. I took my truck there yesterday for oil changes /?state inspection. I asked him to look and see if I needed tires before he did the state inspection. He said no I said you can’t even tell me if I need them no, he said.(The guy behind the counter) So I left and then decided to call and cancel the state inspection. He was not happy. He said you had an appointment yesterday. No, I did not. My daughter did which she canceled that’s not my business. But we have the same last name so he got confused. then he asked me if I was coming to pick my truck up so you cannot do the oil change. I asked oh he said yes. When I went to pick up my vehicle the oil change was $135 (which is so crazy to me) He had some tire prices for me. I told him (I get my tires from Sam’s)He told me Sam’s didn’t carry my tire. But I thanked him I actually said thank you very much. He said nothing back!!! He is so rude. You don’t deserve my business. I don’t deserve your attitude. Hopefully, you won’t last long here.
