Been my place to go since 2018! I live in Charlotte and will drive all the way to Concord to have my car serviced. That's how much my loyalty is to them. They are wonderful and I have never had a complaint in the 8 yrs I've been with them.

I arrived a few minutes late for my appointment, but they came out to me right away and were incredibly helpful. They got me in and out quickly, communicated everything clearly, and were very honest about what I did and didn’t need. I really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me or charge for unnecessary services. I explained that I’d come back after my next paycheck if anything needed to be done, and they were completely understanding—no pressure at all. I ended up just getting the free brake inspection, and it turns out nothing was wrong—just some built-up brake dust causing the squealing I’d been hearing the past few days. I’m really thankful for their honesty, clear communication, and overall great service.

My car was serviced for a simple oil change this morning by the manager Rob. Not only did he change my oil, he also inspected my car for other things that I’ll need to change out and/or replenish in the near future, without me asking for that. I was very appreciative and he went above and beyond on his own accord. I will be returning. Thank you!

Best place I’ve ever been to for servicing my vehicles and for inspections! Wesley, Matt and Rob are always my favorite ones to go to. They’re super quick and do exceptional work. 10/10 recommend this location specifically because of them. If you’re the owner and you see this, give them a raise!!!

This place is great! They have helped me so many times from anything from diagnosis to repairs, oil changes, inspections, and tires. Wes and Matt and some of the newer guys whose names I don't know yet have always treated me with respect and kindness. I feel confident in bringing my cars here. They never try to high pressure me into other services even if I need them. They’re very honest and upfront with me, and I appreciate that so much. I wouldn't hesitate to send any of my friends or family here. Oh, and my wait time has never been anything like other places I've gone to in the past. These guys live up to their business name, SpeeDee!!

Let me start by saying I went to take 5 right beside SpeeDee's for an oil change, during that oil change take 5 broke a piece off my coolant system so my car was towed to SpeeDee's where they fixed it!!!! Matt Knauf was so helpful along with everyone there! I hate how I found them but because of their customer service and fast and reliable work, they've got a lifetime customer in me!

Amazing experience every time they are so friendly especially Robert they do a very good and speedee job! I always come here and I have never had anything bad happen only positive experiences here

Today I sent my wife and daughter to change 4 tires of my car, a 2008 Honda Accord. Which the invoice for the 4 tires was $786.79 and none of the 4 tires changed them later they told them that only two had been changed and they gave us the invoice of $393.40 that they didn't change any tire either. I have been carrying my car with you for years and it had never happened to me that unfortunately I will never take my car again.
