They are incredibly fast, efficient, and the best part is that you don’t need an appointment. A special thank you to Samuel, who is always attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Special shoutout to Mr. Sam Coleman! As a young woman who doesn’t know much about vehicles, I was extremely stressed when I returned home after being out of the country for two weeks and discovered that my engine light was flashing. My car was jerking, wouldn’t go over 60 mph, and appeared to be in limp mode. I had no idea what was wrong and was worried about how much a major repair might cost. When I came in, Mr. Sam immediately put my mind at ease. He reassured me that he had my back and was focused on making sure I was safe and understood what was going on with my vehicle. What stood out most was that he wasn’t concerned about money he genuinely cared about helping me. I truly appreciate the time, effort, and kindness he showed not only to me but also to my family. He took the time to explain everything, answer our questions, and provide reassurance during a stressful situation. The assistance he provided without charging a fee is something many people would not have done, and I am incredibly grateful for it. I had to get my brakes replaced on Sunday 11/02/25. Sam Coleman went above and beyond to help me and explain everything. His knowledge and great attitude was exceptional. I would highly recommend SpeeDee in Pineville for all automotive services.

Shout to Sam Coleman! I came in… just a girl.. knowing nothing.. thinking I needed breaks and fully prepared to go broke over it bc my car was squeaking so loud. I was there for a total of 5 minutes while they inspected my breaks, oiled something (I think), and told me that they’re fine and didn’t need replacing. This man saved me $500 by being a decent and honest human being. I literally happened upon this place on my way to Walmart. 10/10 service. Kindness. Speed. Everything. Give that man a holiday bonus! Thank you!!!

Really like to take the time to really say thank you to Sam Coleman. He provided great customer service and his trustworthiness made me feel confident and comfortable to always bring my car back to Speedee. This was my first time. And now I feel like I have a place I can count on.

Got an oil change and an inspection done. Everyone was super nice, friendly, and welcoming. 10/10 staff. Got greeted immediately upon walking in. The guys outside were super nice. Everything was timely and they offer water bottles inside. The boss was super friendly and offered to answer questions *after* giving the guys on the floor a chance. You can tell this place is being managed and worked properly and professionally!! Super quick as well.

I stopped by Pee Dee knowing I needed brakes and an oil change, and Sam Coleman gave me top-notch service with a quick turnaround time. He also went above and beyond by giving me a ton of helpful information about getting my registration renewed since it’s coming up soon. I wanted to appreciate the care and attention that was given to my car by Jimmy and James at your Pineville Matthews road location(3015).. I came on a Tuesday and it was a few minutes before they closed because of a notification that came on as I was driving to an event. I felt it was bad timing because they were closing but they were both so very kind and accommodating and I truly appreciate it. I returned to today for a oil change and was met with that very same care and kindness. I have been here many times for car services so that is why I made the trip from Waxhaw to get this taken care of. Like I told them, I've been to many places in my life to get car care and this has been the best location and nicest group I've experienced. I'm usually the type of person to go elsewhere if my experience isn't what it should be. Thank you both so very much from the bottom of my heart. You all made my day!
