It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but TRUST me when I tell you “Virgil” at SpeeDee in Metairie is the real deal. He gave me a quick and exact quote. We scheduled a time that was convenient for both he and I. And finally he took great care of my car and didn’t try to push anything unnecessary. Highly recommend!

Prices were decent. Service was the absolute best. They were very helpful in explaining everything for sure. They even checked out a headlight and told me exactly what was needed! I didn't feel taken advantage of like in some places I've been. I will definitely return! And send people here!!!

I took two cars over there this morning and had them change the oil in both of them . Paul worked in the pit , he seem to be very knowledgeable of what he was doing while the other person checked other filters and things on top of the engine . The manager Randy was there and he helped them also . They was fast , friendly and helpful .

Failed to replace my oil filter correctly and all the oil leaked out my motor on my Lexus. Damaged my car and Chris is refusing to pay .

If I could give NO STARS I would! These guys don’t know what they are doing! I went in for simple oil change and I watched on camera as they started yelling “shut it off! shut it off” When it came time for me to pay, I had to ask if they we’re gonna tell me what happened. Evidently, when they replaced the oil filter, they left old gasket on and the new filter had its own gasket so it didn’t seat properly. There is oil sprayed everywhere across my entire engine compartment, across front of car and radiator as well as spewed all across the side of my car. There are oil handprints all over driver door, steering wheel and shifter! Now I also have a big oil spot in my driveway and I’ve only been home 10 minutes! NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO TERRY PARKWAY SPEEDEE!!!
