One of my tires had been losing air for about three weeks. I just used my compressor at home to fill it up every couple of days. I thought it was the rim. I finally took it to Professional Garage and they got me in immediately and told me that I had a nail in my tire.OH MY GOSH!! I can put my compressor back in the corner where it belongs. THANKS GUYS!!

I cannot recommend this place enough. We moved to the area a few years ago, and I was concerned with finding an honest & trustworthy local repair shop. Sean at the front desk has been great to work with. My truck needed a new A/C component plus freon recharge. The professional garage diagnosed and fixed the issue with fair & reasonable pricing. Also, they stand behind their workmanship plus warranty coverage. A manufacturer part failed shortly after install, and these guys immediately replaced it free of charge including labor. Furthermore, I checked-in with Sean throughout the year, and he was quick in responding to my follow-up questions about the system. Don't be afraid to hire The Professional Garage. They do not try upselling for unnecessary service or parts, and I found them to be straightforward to the point while ensuring my needs were met.

I dropped off the vehicle on Monday afternoon and picked it up on Tuesday morning. The problem was quickly and accurately diagnosed and repaired. I have had a variety of issues with my vehicles, both electrical and mechanical, over several years and the level of service I have received from The Professional Garage has been consistently 5 - Star.

I have a 2014 Ford Escape that I bought used and in looking over the cars service history, the previous owners took it consistently to the guys at The Professional Garage. So, when the coolant system started giving me issues, I knew the only place to take it to was back to them...because if it went back to them for service over and over, they must be doing something right and they can be trusted. Besides, they're familiar with the car. And boy was I spot on. The guys over at Professional got their stuff together and actually know what they're doing. Prices for repairs are fair. The owner was excellent in explaining everything to me regarding the repair. Thank you for everything Professional Garage! I'll be back for the Escape's next repair need.

They are a great help in keeping my daughter’s 2001 ford Ranger in great shape. Transparent pricing and great turn around time . They even fixed a very minor issue found during a repair at no cost. I will keep using and recommending them.

I took my 64 corvette I had just purchased. It hadn't been started in 5 years. They replaced every liquid from radiator to differential. Treated car like it was their own. They were highly recommended and I'm glad I took my car there.

Afternoon; when reviewing my bill I was charged $246 for diagnosing this time on a return from initial visit where I paid $148 diagnostics for the same problem I returned for. I have no problem paying for the initial diagnosis if it fixed; I believe the second to determine again the root cause was excessive. The problem still exist when up to 75 mph. I will be reaching out. Jim

Shawn was a really great guy but the other guy running the shop Thomas tried to charge me $500 for diagnosis work when I told the shop before even leaving my vehicle with them that I only needed my calipers replaced. After sitting at the shop for 3 days I was told they can’t get me my calipers unless it’s from a dealer ship which he than quoted me at $1500 for 2 calipers not even including the diagnostic work or the actual installation of the parts. When I called the dealer ship they are sold for $250 each. $500 dollar mark up on each caliper reason being the shop needs to make money. Now to top it all off my breathalyzer that they specialize in has a violation on it either due to the battery being unplugged or an alcohol positive test. I paid $200 for this experience if you go to this shop good luck.
