I had an outstanding experience at Toyota Direct thanks to Service Manager Randy Deppen. I was the first appointment on this friday for Randy@ 7:00am. He was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly from start to finish. When I explained an ongoing issue, which really had me angry due to the multiple conversations with different service managers in the past.. Randy told me he understood and would see what he could do to take care of it—and unlike two previous service managers, he actually followed through with excellent execution. He listened and then delivered! Randy was able to identify and address the real problem by having a problematic/bent bolt removed from the under-body skid plate and working directly with the automotive technician to fix it properly. Since then, the rattle is completely gone. His attention to detail, persistence, and follow-through made all the difference. I truly appreciate the level of customer service Randy provided and will definitely continue servicing my vehicle here. Highly recommend asking for Randy if you want the job done right. Toyota Direct, this is a ( 5 ) star rating and Randy needs to be recognized for the excellent above the norm delivery of excellent service and communication. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience working with Parris at Toyota Direct. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire process. Parris made everything smooth and stress-free, and his communication was top-notch. He clearly takes pride in what he does and represents Toyota Direct extremely well. If he isn’t already in a management position, he definitely should be — he has the leadership qualities and customer service mindset that make a real difference. Highly recommend asking for Parris.

I had a great experience at Toyota Direct's service department. Johnathan was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure my car was taken care of efficiently. It's always a relief to work with someone who genuinely cares about customer service. Thanks again, Johnathan, for making the experience smooth and stress-free!

My sister recently brought her 2010 Toyota Corolla into the service department at Toyota Direct and worked with Caleb. She had a few different issues going on with her car, and Caleb took the time to listen carefully, explain what needed to be done, and walk her through the process in a way that made her feel comfortable. He was professional, patient, and honest throughout the entire experience. The repairs were handled efficiently, and the car is now running much smoother. It’s not always easy to find a service advisor who genuinely cares, but Caleb went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of properly. Highly recommend asking for him if you need service at Toyota Direct!

I bought new Rav4 2025 for service. They told me I need to do wheels alignment showing 2 big machines at the entrance and showing my car conditions on big screen and charged $175. After 1 hr they said its done. I test drive into the sensor twice and its still red. When I questioned them why is it still showing red, they told me the sensor at entrance is not accurate and they have big mechanics inside to test properly. I also visited the different toyota service immediately and it show me same red on screen. When I asked the agents at other showroom they replied, the sensors at the entrance are accurate and they are tested before installation. So my question is with the non accurate mechanics at the entrance why do they judge the car conditions with out doing detail inspection. Is this some kind of new scam or what.

2nd bad experience.. Went in for a recall update and was told 2-3 hours. Turned out to be an all day event just to get back in my truck and lost power, fan blowing extremely loud any time I press the gas. Couldn't leave a message with my Service advisor because his mailbox is full. Technician broke a clip off, didn't have a replacement so they had to order another one which means I have to go back for that on top of whatever the hell is wrong with my truck now. I'm over this. I have one vehicle and expect things to be done right the first time. Not spend the day without a vehicle..Never should have taken it in to get an update.

Service department is trash. My vehicle is currently at the shop. I was given a quote to have work done. After taking the van in they dramatically increased the proce for the exact same work. I let that slide. Then they started doing other work that was NEVER approved and are now wanting to charge me for that work. Not to mention how difficult it was ti get ahold if a person without being transferred multiple times. I will NEVER deal with them again.

visited the Toyota dealer right on time, but I was told I’d have to wait for two hours. The advisor explained that they were behind schedule with ten cars waiting, but that’s not my problem. I came at my appointment time, and I expect professional service. It’s frustrating to see them overbooking and causing delays.”

Tried to do the right thing and take my newer RAV4 to an official Toyota dealer to ensure it got the most optimal care and attention. What a mistake that turned out to be. After several visits, this place has done more bad than good. I noticed water from my roof draining into my door and damaging my headliner. I research and find that this is a common problem with the roof rails on 2019-2021 RAV’s, and is covered under a Toyota Service Bulletin that is not publicly marketed. I bring this up to them politely at drop-off - “I saw online that this is a common issue, here’s some docs verifying that Toyota has to agreed to fix it”. They “make note of it”, and call me 2 hours later quoting me NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS MINIMUM to replace the entire sunroof housing, put new sunroof glass in, and put new headliner in since mine was damaged from all the water. I once again brought up the roof rail issue, which they did not even bother to investigate. They said it was “impossible that it could be the roof rails because they had only seen that present in the back of the car”. Long story short, take it to another local mechanic, they give me clear evidence that it is in fact the roof rails and was a manufacturing issue covered under their customer support program. Nothing to do with the sunroof at all. I take it to Tansky on Sawmill and they fix it for free. Even comped me a rental which these guys never offered to do even when holding my car for days in the past. This place loves to do exploratory surgery on your car, recommend services you don’t need, and upsell you at every turn. There have been other issues I’ve had with these folks but wrote them off until now. Don’t take your car here.
